Staff are wonderful helpful and cheerful. Service ie Shuttle excellent! Rooms are clean absolutely spotless and all staff I met there were helpful, friendly and cheerful. Lots of shops, eateries and cafes and restaurants etc. other shops also local in the area etc. Stayed here 3 times. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you !

Fastest check-in I've ever had - 30s max. We could take our luggage trolleys right up to our room door. Yellow bus dropped us right outside the front door.of the hotel.nnWe are travelling with 2 small kids, and got out of the airport at 2am. Ibis Budget are basic hotels around the world with a cookie cutter design with the same double plus a single bunk arrangement to sleep three. Having said that the rooms are particularly small, nowhere to put even one suitcase never mind two. It is within walking distance of both airport terminals, next to a pub and close to both a supermarket and clothing stores. Friendly staff and nice breakfast are with free coffee.

For a ‘budget’ hotel this place was amazing. Free laundry, coffee, cheap shuttle bus option from lobby to terminal. Rooms small but comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby quite large if you need a quiet space to work. Definitely recommend for the price.

Check in process was okay. The bed was comfortable with the exception of the pillows. The room is very very small and with the bed being on rollers it literally moved every time we moved anywhere. The room is sound proof from outside noise but not inside noise. We could hear the whole telephone conversation of the guest in the next room to us and another guest who thought it was appropriate to whistle down the corridor. I also found the room quite hot and stuffy. Location of the hotel was good and there is a shuttle which will take you to or from the airport terminal at a reasonable price. Book and prepay with hotel reception to use the bus. We were also grateful to find there was a full restaurant next door to the hotel which was good quality and reasonably priced.nWould I stay again?? I'm not sure the convenience and location make up for a poor quality sleep.
