Pullman Auckland Airport

A lovely hotel within walking distance of the airport. The staff were wonderful throughout – from reception to the restaurant, everyone was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful.nnWe stayed here twice during our trip to New Zealand and would definitely choose it again. If we return to New Zealand, this would be our first stop after a long flight – a perfect place to relax and recover before starting the journey.nnIt is also a great option for a stay in Auckland, as there are convenient bus connections that get you into the city centre quite easily.nnWe felt very welcome on both occasions and would happily stay here again.

Wheelchair accessible room. As a wheelchair user it is often difficult to get usable and easy access rooms and hotels. However, this hotel has got pretty much everything right. I booked an accessible room and I got exactly what I wanted. The room had plenty of space for the wheelchair it had usable desk space it had a large bed. It had low-level hanging space and most importantly it had a very good bathroom with a fold down shower seat. Even the shower rose was set at a low position for a wheelchair user. The included shampoos and soaps were on an easy access shelf and were actually removable so you could take them off the shelf and use them without having to press something that’s fixed to a wall. Very good. Easy access sink with the ability to roll underneath it and a perfectly serviceable toilet. It’s a very good experience with this room and this hotel so far. Thank you Pullman for making light of a terrible situation. Getting offloaded from a flight with a terrible airline along with 37 others was not a situation I wanted to be in. As I write we should have been midway into our NYC trip. We have been put up while we get rebooked in this lovely hotel. The staff have been incredible here and very understanding unlike the national flag carrier. Thanks we really do appreciate it. Lovely rooms, comfortable, location awesome with great views and customer service to boot.nI’d defiantly recommend.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay! The location was incredibly convenient, as we were able to walk to and from the airport with ease. The service, food, and room were all of exceptional quality—truly a 5-star experience.
