Pullman Auckland Airport

We stayed here for one night after flying into Auckland in September. The hotel is easy to find and within walking distance of the terminal building. Check-in was very smooth and super friendly. The hotel looks new and is very modern. Our room had everything we needed and had clearly been very well thought out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Dear Pullman Auckland Airport Management and Accor Guest Relations,nnI am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent stay at Pullman Auckland Airport. Despite several requests made during my stay, the air-conditioning in my room continued to switch off automatically during the night, making it extremely uncomfortable to rest.nnThe issue appeared to be related to the room’s energy-saving system, which turns off the AC when no motion is detected. While I understand the hotel’s sustainability initiatives, this function caused the temperature to rise significantly during the night. I reported this multiple times to your front desk, but no practical solution or follow-up action was provided.nnIt was disappointing that the management did not take any steps to address the concern or offer an alternate room, despite clear discomfort. Pullman properties are generally known for their high standards of comfort and guest care, which unfortunately was not reflected in this experience.nnI would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed by both the hotel management and Accor’s Guest Relations team. Kindly confirm receipt of this email and advise what steps will be taken to prevent this issue for future guests.nnI have already contacted both the hotel management and Accor Guest Relations, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I therefore request your office to review this complaint under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, as the service provided did not meet the expected level of care or description.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.

Very comfortable 2-Queen Executive Room, perfect for an overnight stay for our family of 4 for our early morning flight.nnHotel is well soundproofed - room was quiet despite its proximity to the lifts and couldn’t hear any noise from the runway. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent hot water pressure in walk-in shower and loved the high quality full-size toiletries provided.nnBuffet breakfast started at 05:00, which was handy. Reasonable selection of hot foods, pastries, juices and cereals.nnShout out to the lovely and welcoming staff at Reception and Te Kaahu.

From the moment we arrived until we left our experience was outstanding. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in our room and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The location for an early flight pick up was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Thanks Pullman hotel and staff for everything.

Tino ataahua An absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing kaimahi staff, divine fine dining kai food & just the best manaakitanga hospitality and love felt through each engagement.nMarshall at Front Desk was exceptional on our arrival. His professionalism, knowledge about the intricacies of the hotel and kindness set our amazing experience off to such a great start, just beautiful.nThe executive room on Lvl 9 was stunning, spacious and the thoughtfulness of the team to acknowledge our anniversary was beautiful. Thank you to the lovely Datar, Brock & Easter, their hearts of service and genuineness felt at each engagement. The pride in their jobs and love for people was obvious witnessing them all as they served other customers - was truly a heartfelt moment. Compliments to Chef Nancy & Easter again for the delightful food preparation & recommendations, when you can taste love throughout the dishes, 100% at this was the case. This hotel has something special, the mana and how inclusive it feels makes it not only a great hotel to greet internationalnTravellers but it’s also the perfect place to set us off as we head to the USA. A beautiful collaboration with Indigenous leadership & sincerity felt as soon as you walk in and hear that “Kia Ora”. See you again soon whanau
