Novotel Auckland Airport

I booked into plane spot at Auckland airport and managed to get an amazing view of the runway and international apron.nBooking in was easy and my request for a runway view was accommodated.nThe room was great.. the decor and lighting was amazing and the shower lovely. The cleaning was spot on and loved it.nThe only slight things I would like to improve was the current construction on around the hotel which is not the hotels fault and to be nit picky there was no sign indicating exactly which one the maple syrup was..nnIt was a lovely experience all round and I would not hesitate to book again.. Infact I will be next month.

Recommend. I had to take the points off because there was difficulty with one of the elevators and my original room was tidied at check in, but I was quickly helped and moved to a clean room. Stay was very comfortable, check out was extremely easy great for catching an early flight. I will come back.

From check-in to leaving my stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff there was very attentive and quickly responsive to any inquiries. The room was clean and well equipped. A great location if you have to fly out or a long layover.

The whole experience was superb from check in to check out. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful, they made the process so smooth.nThe beds and pillows are amazing...so comfortable and luxurious, totally heavenly. We had a room with a bath tub that was the best ever...super big and deep...just perfect. The body wash and body lotions have a lovely subtle scent.nAll in all, highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for an early international flight. A super quick walk to the airport which eliminates the extra early morning and stress of getting there. The rooms are excellent and so quiet considering you are right at the airport. Comfortable beds and great pressured showers. Didn't use the restaurant this time, however have in the past. Excellent service and food! The check in was quick and easy all with friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend staying here to all I know.
