Novotel Auckland Airport

I stayed 2 nights during a conference and everything was fabulous from start to finish. Spacious clean room with comfy beds. Food was delicious breakfast, lunch, morning & afternoon teas. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was ever a problem. They even checked in on us, as we did some computer work in the foyer, long after the conference had finished and we had checked out that morning. Perfectly located for a fly in fly out conference. Highly recommend Novotel Auckland Airport to others. We'll definitely be back

Spent one night at the Novotel before my early morning flight back to Australia, and it couldn’t have been easier. The direct connection to the international terminal is a genuine lifesaver — no shuttles, no car parks, just walk straight in from arrivals. Exactly what you need after a long day of travel.nThe room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the blackout curtains and soundproofing were far better than I expected given how close the runways are. Slept brilliantly.nThe highlight of the stay was the room service — honestly outstanding. The food arrived hot, well-presented, and tasted like it had come from a proper kitchen rather than a reheated airport trolley. Generous portions too. It’s rare that room service genuinely impresses me, but this did.nStaff were friendly and efficient at check-in, and the whole experience felt effortless from start to finish.nIf you’ve got an early flight out of Auckland, just book it here. Stayed one night with my family before catching a 7am flight the next day. The room was well appointed and very clean with all the amenities you would need and expect for a quick stay. Ordered room service, and the food arrived relatively quickly and was of great quality. The price was reasonable compared to American hotels.nHighly recommend, especially if you have to catch a super early flight, as it is located within minutes from the terminals.

We had a fantastic experience at the Novotel Auckland Airport Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient as it is a 2 min walk to International Departures - making everything easy and stress free for a 4.30am check-in.nnIt doesn't get more convenient, it is the closest hotel to International departures.nnThe rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, but what really stood out was the service. The front-of-house team were absolutely wonderful — warm, kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their kindness was much appreciated.

VERY convenient for travellers needing accommodation before or after a flight from/to AKL Auckland airport. Polished, professional and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are generously appointed, spotlessly clean and VERY quiet.nThe Restaurant offers an interesting and varied menu and for all meals. The cost per night is slightly more than most hotels but it's worth it for the convenience.
