The location was ideal, and parking was readily available. The staff provided excellent service. However, the elevator service to my room was inefficient, requiring extended wait times and repeated button presses to reach the ground floor. The lobby's ambiance was unremarkable and did not align with typical hotel aesthetics. The room and restroom sizes were notably compact, especially considering the price point. Competitors offer superior modern furnishings at comparable or lower rates.

While I appreciate that the hotel may have been fully booked, our check-in experience was very disappointing.nnWe had two rooms booked. The first room was not available until 3:30 pm after a long wait, and the second room was still being cleaned when we had to leave at 4:30 pm for the Ed Sheeran concert. During follow-up, we were informed that the original second room allocated to us had been taken.nnThe reception staff were polite and courteous throughout; however, the delays, lack of clear communication, and the handling of the room allocation were unacceptable—particularly as we were travelling with two children.nnDue to this experience, we will not be staying again.

This hotel is pretty affordable and packs excellent service and provisions for the price. We loved the staff, breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Our room was very small but very comfortable and clean. We would stay at IBis again!

The room was dark even daytime with all lights on.nGot an accessible room though not requested. After shower, bathroom floor stayed wet.nGreat gym.nGood breakfast. Better if a little change in hot food selection. They were exactly the same for 2 days.

Quite satisfied. Breakfast buffet is much better than expected. Good hardwares. Very friendly staff. Wonderful location as it is located opposite to Greenlane train station.nNot much space for parking... Check it Friday and Saturday stayers.
