Sadly the room service, or lack thereof, let you down. I stayed for a total of 9 nights & on multiple occasions I either had to call up, or go to the front desk to get replacement mugs as the cleaners took the dirty ones away in the morning greatly appreciated but never put clean ones back in their place. I also would come in at the end of the day & find the bathroom light left on. I’m not paying the power bill but it is an unnecessary waste of power & something that cuts into your profit margin. On a couple of separate occasions I still had dirty towels left behind and also the shower hadn’t been cleaned as there was still water on the floor from when I had a shower.nI know these are only small things but they did make an impact on me especially as I was on a very intense 2 week training course & would often have to work late into the night in my room & was out the door before 6am. Having to spend my time chasing up needless things is why I have scored my stay so low
Very disappointed, the room was small,xtractor fan seemed to have a timer on it , and it would run forever when someone used the container type bathroom . Battle to find parking and then you still have to pay for it. The buffet breakfast was real cheep and tasteless.nI will diffenitly not be staying there again
Good size for an Ibis. Clean quiet room. Good staff on reception. Great value for money in a great location. Why turn right for the more expensive Novotel - when you have a bed that is very comfortable at a better price when you turn left and can still access all the restaurants if you want.
I came to Ibis just for a short one night stay. Upon arriving at about 3.30pm i was very warmly greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk i believe she was the manager and im so sorry i didn't catch your name! She was absolutely fantastic, very bubbly and clearly loves her job. She is an absolute asset to your hotel. She also very kindly arranged a dinner reservation and an extra pillow for me. Your customer service skills shine through amazingly and i hope you continue to make peoples days just as you made mine that afternoon. :
