For the intended purpose of my stay, I can say it was good. I have a comfortable room and it was clean at the same time the location is central to where I needed to be.nnA few minor issues were, no coffee and milk refill, the cups were not washed and rubbish bin not emptied even though I hanged the sign for the room to be tidied up.
It’s a bit far from the city centre and 30 mins away from the airport.nnThe room looked smaller so if you are coming as a couple, think about booking a bigger room.nnThe restaurant service was amazing and I wanted to give credit to “Sunny” and another girl as the restaurant on 29 Jul who served us. Very customer friendly and approachable. Thank you.

It was a very brief stay but I was so well looked after with a late checkout and fantastic room service meal as I arrived quite late and stunning breakfast the next morning. Everyone was so lovely and I really appreciated their professional kindness in my busy and stress state.
I stayed at this hotel overnight for a work trip. While the facilities were comfortable and clean it has been an unfortunate experience for me as I was charged for room service I did not order. Upon enquiring I was sent the invoice which clearly had a different person's name although the person who is not known or related to me has shares my middle name. I also went out on a business dinner so I did not order room service. To this day I have not received a response to my email.nThis is very very disappointing and I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card details at check in because of this.
