Our new little fur baby puppy started looking lethargic and we were lucky to secure a cancelled appointment at the Hobsonville Clinic. The staff were very friendly and efficient and we felt in good hands with Dr Morana. She gave us good advice as we haven’t had a puppy for 14 years. Little Bambam has bounced back this morning and we look forward to making this his regular health clinic.nUpdate January 2024 - We have now moved our older fur baby, Tinkerbell, over to Pet Doctors West Harbour and are finding the same fantastic service extended to her. Dr Morana is very understanding, compassionate, thoughtful and full of advice to help us deal with her as she is now in her twilight years being 15 years 3 months old. Full marks to front-line Nurse Carmen who is lovely to deal with and extremely helpful too and all the team behind the scenes who help make visits easy.
Just wanted to give a big shout-out the all the Team at the Pet Doctors West Harbour. Thankyou so much. Our boy Boss French Bulldog took a bad fall and wasn't himself. I called the Pet Doctors and the Vet nurse who answered was lovely and consulted with the vet straight away. They wanted to see Boss right away. They looked after and monitored him all day and gave me updates on how he was. Thank goodness he is on the mend and feels a lot better. Jess was amazing she gave me a full rundown of everything they did and was confined that he would make a full recovery, but also gave options of the next steps if he wasn't improving. As much as we love our fur babies there is always a cost involved and the team where very open with how much everything was and the different options open to us. I really appreciate the love and care of the team, and for them fitting him in at this time of year when they were already super busy! I think we may have found our new VET! Thank you again team!
If I ever need my kitten looked at all I do is call and they will fit me in that day! No stressful trips to emergency vets.nnThe receptionist are lovely and the veterinarians are kind and very knowledgable.nnMy kitten will be a patient of Pet Doctors West Harbour for years to come. :
Have come in twice so far and staff have been very friendly both times, and also accommodating with appointment times. Thanks!
