We were well taken care of from the first point of contact. I’m so glad we came here for our almost 3 year old Kelpie - Luigi. We had never been to this clinic before as we only just relocated from Hamilton, however the entire team were dedicated to getting Luigi in for treatment as they knew how much pain he was in and also knew how much stress it was causing my partner and I. I can’t express how grateful we are to have our pup stitched up and home with meds. He came home with a certificate of bravery and wrote his name beautifully on his med bag :’ The fact that the took time to do this as well was so lovely as we had been very anxious the past couple days. We left the clinic with smiles and immense gratitude

Excellent vets, I take my dog here and as soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed with a friendly face. The vets are warm and personable and offer a great service.nnWould highly recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for a great vet clinic out west.

I've been to many vets in my life, but Pet Doctors West Harbour are by far the best because they truly care for you and your pet. The place is so naturally friendly, and everyone seems to know how to care for your pet. Its very inspiring! We have been going to this vet 4 years now and they give us top service. Every member of staff is so great and have a lot of empathy! We would like to give a shout out to the owners, the vet doctors, and all members of staff as they truly do care for their clients. P.S. Our new little fur baby puppy started looking lethargic and we were lucky to secure a cancelled appointment at the Hobsonville Clinic. The staff were very friendly and efficient and we felt in good hands with Dr Morana. She gave us good advice as we haven’t had a puppy for 14 years. Little Bambam has bounced back this morning and we look forward to making this his regular health clinic.nUpdate January 2024 - We have now moved our older fur baby, Tinkerbell, over to Pet Doctors West Harbour and are finding the same fantastic service extended to her. Dr Morana is very understanding, compassionate, thoughtful and full of advice to help us deal with her as she is now in her twilight years being 15 years 3 months old. Full marks to front-line Nurse Carmen who is lovely to deal with and extremely helpful too and all the team behind the scenes who help make visits easy.

Some of products they sell are multiple times expensive than other places. Do check the price online before buying. And avoid Morana. Otherwise Jess and Hazei are great!
