East Coast Bays Veterinary Clinic

Always so helpful and friendly staff! Not just the vets are super professional, but also the receptionist Julie! Mimi loves the little ball he gets every time he goes there, his favorite toy.

What can I say about this vet? They are absolutely bloody amazing.nnIn the short time we’ve been with them, every single person we’ve interacted with has been warm, loving, and genuinely caring. They take the time to make sure I fully understand Gingee’s health and never make me feel rushed when I have questions.nnTheir communication is impeccable — everything is explained clearly and in detail, which I truly appreciate. Most of all, I love that they treat Gingee as more than just a cat. She’s treated as an important, much-loved member of our family, and that means the world to me.

I had such a great experience bringing my baby here for her spay surgery. The staff took incredible care of her from start to finish, treating her with so much gentleness and attention. I really appreciated the photo and email updates throughout the day—they eased my worries and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication is truly second to none, and their professionalism shines in everything they do. What a wonderful team! I’m so grateful for the outstanding care they provided. Highly recommend!
