I came here a couple of weeks ago 5/3/24 with my cat Herbie and while I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have him euthanized due to having a stroke I cannot thank the staff enough....they were amazing! The female vet that was on that night was very thorough, very gentle and made Herbie feel comfortable and relaxed during the consultation, she explained everything to me in detail and was very respectful towards me as I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have him euthanized. The male nurse/receptionist was also very kind and respectful. Many thanks to you both
We turned up here feeling very desperate as our cat could not pee and was in pain crying and meowing. Trevor and both nurses were immediately onto it. Our cat was given meds and before you knew it he had peed and we were out the door and home. We were/are so thankful. They are an incredible team, so nice and onto it. Thank you guys so much.
Came here with a litter of strays that I was worried about since they had been abandoned by the mother. Just needed some advice until I was able to take them to a shelter. Mark was absolutely amazing. So compassionate and helpful. He seemed a wee bit busy but that didn't stop him from making sure we knew what we were doing and had peace of mind leaving the centre. I know that there are a few bad reviews however they are definitely not for Mark from what I can tell. Keep up the good work!
Just came back from this place and the doctor there had absolutely no urgency to even help my puppy at all...All he did was give me a lecture as if it was common knowledge for me as a new pet owner, as we are new pet owners and we are booked for our puppies shots next Wednesday which he said it's way too late don't bother with the shots now his probably going to die . Instead he spoke to me in a manner of aggression and told me it's $1000 a day treatment or because I don't have that type of money $250 a day. I told him I had $300 on me can he help and he said it's not a cure over night and that I should go and buy a box of poweraid and make sure his hydrated every hour with the money I had. Will never ever go to this place ever again. He didn't even want to see our puppy and wanted my son and puppy to wait in the car.
THIS REVIEW IS MOSTLY JUST FOR DR TREVORS ‘MANNERS’ OR LACK OF TOWARDS HIS CLIENTS. I brought my dog in to this vet clinic after being highly advised to go here from my regular vet clinic and even more so, Dr Trevor. they were fairly certain my dog needed a surgery asap which she did need on much more major than anyone thought. the way he tended to speak to our family was not my favourite! he has the type of personality to think everything he knows is common knowledge. he would sometimes speak to us like we were stupid in a way but because we were terrified of losing our beloved dog we may not have been thinking straight as a lot of people would’ve been in our situation. his knowledge in animals i was never concerned about. it was just the way he treated his customers just like i’ve seen expressed in so many negative reviews! i think he should definitely work on his people skills as i hardly wanted to say anything to him in case he would have made me and my family feel stupid.
