Henderson Valley Vet

Took our friendly and anxious dog in to have something on her leg looked at, both visits the vets made no attempt to greet my dog and make her feel comfortable. The vet on the first visit spoke to me like I was stupid and seemed to have no clue what she was doing. On the second visit which we were hesitant to go to my dog was manhandled as they tried to get a sample and the vet had the audacity to get mad when he got himself with the needle because my dog was freaking out! It was a horrible and traumatic experience I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone.

Very disappointed took my cat in there to get desex and they rang me telling me that something was wrong and they couldn't do it it was going to cost way more the lady at the counter she's rude as spoke to me on the phone like I was stupid then they told me I was in credit went to go get my money back due to not ever wanting to go back there and they only gave me $17 dollar back out of $105 they charged me for the anaesthetic because they put them to sleep and then realise they couldn't proceed. $70 dollars just to put him to sleep but they were going to charge me for the whole process at $105 rip offs I never use this place again poor service at its finest should have listen to the ones that told me not to go there. If I could I'd give it no stars.

So grateful for Dr Cuzens and his receptionist Sue for fitting me in for a last minute 9am consult for my kitty phoebe!! explained everything perfectly to me and was calming and empathetic while i was crying my eyes out LOL. My family have been using them for years and am so thankful for them! So good to have a good local vet who knows their stuff!! thank you so much!!!

I went to this vet for my small dog who had broken her nail and needed to be sorted ASAP. All I can say... condescending ... poor quality care and just plain disgusting. I’ve never come across such a horrible person in my life who spoke to me as if I was stupid. And then treated my poor dog in a rough manner. For reference my dog is a small Bichon x Maltese and rhe sweetest soul... but they muzzled her up and treated her like a stray. And then... when I was crying due to the stress and seeing my dog in pain... was told to stop crying by the vet. We will never come back. And I honestly hope this business closes its doors and people stop coming here. There’s so many amazing vets out there ! Our pets deserve better.
