I really appreciate the care and service they gave me when my cat was unwell and had to be put to sleep. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease when it came to making hard decisions. Thank you for being there for me when i needed guidance. Very affordable and booking appointments were so easy that we were seen within a few hours. Highly recommend this place 100%

Vets here have good customer service and are very knowledgeable. Got taken care of in a proper manner and overall happy with the results. I would recommend.

This morning me and my partner noticed that our pup had a scratch on her right shoulder with puss. I called her now old vet clinic. I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone who told me the pricing of what everything would cost but, left out the part where consultation would cost. I said that I just want someone to look at it and tell me if it’s serious or not. Soon as me and my pup went into the room; the dr was condescending and rude. I told him what was wrong and that I just want someone to tell me if it’s serious or not. After telling me how much medication was going to cost I told him “me and my partner just wanted to know if it’s serious or not because we can’t afford it right now due to Christmas and we had already spend our money on that so it’s bad timing” dr then said in a really belittling way “soo from my understanding, you just came in here with no money”.. me : “I’ve got family that can if there’s something that I-“ dr: “the consultation is $69” me: “I’m so sorry, the lady on the phone wasn’t clear she only mentioned-“ dr: no, did you speak to the lady on the phone this morning or this afternoon?” Me: “this morning..” dr: “no, I’ve known her 4 years married and she’s VERY clear about what she says. Put Jade my pup back in the car and we’ll sort a plan.” We leave the room and he says to the front desk “ah can I just have a chat to you” in a demanding way. I put my pup in the car and just bawled my eyes out telling my partner to come in with me because he’s being so rude to me.. I had to call my mum to come down and pay and she said her fair share to the front desk. $70 to have someone make you cry and rip my dogs fur out! Horrible!!!!! service. I should’ve just taken my girl to my last vet instead; free consultation and BETTER service with human decency. To the girl at the front desk; find a better vet place to work with trust me there’s nicer work colleagues than the ones you have there. Save your money people because this place is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful to their customers. I see you like to be cheeky and reply to peoples bad reviews so feel free to do everybody else can see what horrible service me and my pup had to endure

I absolotly recommend this clinic. It is a bet more expencive but the vet is so good and he knows the animals and he knows them well.. In our visit he spent. About 30 minutes with us and our cat explaining our cat's problem . I was shocked, t have not seen any doctors Humans oR Aanimals CAR THIS MUCH ABOUT A PATIENT. WELL DONE

The veterinary staff and doctor were absolutely horrible. They were completely rude, and even our dog, who is friendly with everyone, did not like them. As mentioned in other reviews, the doctor was condescending and repeatedly insisted that our dog needed a behaviouralist probably to promote some trash behavioural expert because he has incentive to do so. It almost appears that they exploit people who are in vulnerable states due to their pets.
