Animal Emergency at VSA

Unfortunately it was time for out 22 year old cat to pass over the pet rainbow. We took her to the 24 hour vet and they confirmed this to us. I can't thank their team enough, she was like our child. My husband got to spend some time with her before the team helped to lay her to rest. What they did after was truly amazing. They took prints and a small mold of her paws. You have no idea how much these mean to us. But the icing on the cake was the card we received today saying sorry for your loss from the team, you have all gone above and beyond in such a sad moment for us. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts, you all are truly amazing people.

When our cocker spaniel olive this week needed a lot of looking after, the VSA team really did a fantastic job. With an anxious dog and fur parents we felt totally heard and seen during every visit and phone call check up that she was being treated and looked after like we would do. I hope you never need them but if you do, you’ll have a great team at VSA

Through an incredibly difficult time - having to put our much loved, Border Collie down, the team at VSA and Bbayva Puri in particular were amazing. The compassion and empathy they showed to us, and Larry. Made the best out of a very tough and challenging situation. His last moments, were surrounded with love and care.

I love that Animal Emergency is available outside my vets hours and close to home. I found cost for consultation and medication works out approximately what I would pay at my usual Veterinary. Consultation is high though medication is cheap. At my usual Vet consultation is low and medication is high, plus travel.nnWe have to look after our pets, they deserve to be given treatment to get them better.

What an amazingly talented and fabulous bunch of people. Thank you tending for Flash and nursing him back to health. Dr Mike, Dr Jose, Nicola, and the rest of the team, it was so reassurimg to be looked after by such a caring and professional team of people. VSA is not my closest vet, but will definitely now be my vet of choice.
