I had to write a review because seeing this certificate tucked into the bag when we brought our kitty home after her tests today made me tear up

New dog, for me, some new staff since our last visit 2 years ago, same great information and a happy pet too! This is my second dog that is happy to visit the vet, previous pet loved Tarion and the team

Deborah at reception is great to deal with and very efficient.nBarbara the vet did a great job of keeping our fur-baby at ease, and was exceptional at providing treatment. I am reluctant to give this business any stars at all as they are dishonest and rude in the utmost. I will never use them again and recommend others stay away from them if they value honesty and customerservice..After being overcharged for a service they provided and when challenged on their obvious dishonest behaviour the manager then decided that she would tell me they didn't want me as a customer. Funny how when they were caught out she decided to be rude to the point of me feeling incredibly agreeved. I should not have to check their charges through a third party to then find out they added money to the bill. Imagine how many others have had the same experience....avoid them like the plague.

Thank you for your compassion in us loosing our beloved Socco. Your team cared for him above and beyond and I know that I’m my heart!
