After 3 normal vet visits over 6 days, we ended up at ARC North at midnight on Sunday night very worried about our cat. He stayed for almost 2 days and was in the best place for the best diagnostics and care. He is normally a feisty boy and despite being unwell still managed to show his disapproval, but everyone was so lovely and kind to him and us. Rhea was amazing, keeping in touch and following up after he was discharged. He was very happy to be home and it was great to see him sleeping soundly again after being uncomfortable for so long.nThanks to everyone involved in Alvin's care while he was at ARC.
Cooper was rushed to the emergency due to diarrhea and vomiting, and we were extremely worried, almost to the point of tears. We are very grateful for the quick response from the reception and the doctor. The doctor was thoughtful and explained in detail what tests and treatments Cooper would undergo. Now, he has fully recovered! Cooper says thank you! we haven’t received the blood test results and the X-ray images. Will these be provided to us?
We first came to ARC in Feb when our usual vet found something abnormal in a routine checkup.nWe chose to go to ARC as we had heard good things from a friend and haven’t been disappointed. We have had a number of visits now and each time they make us and our dog feel super comfortable despite not always having a good outcome.nThe facilities are clean and all the staff are extremely friendly and professional.nOur doggos care at ARC will continue, but we just wanted to give others peace of mind if they are having to make the same decision of where to go that we did.nThanks guys xnJamie, Matt & Athena
From the initial phone call Sunday afternoon to when I collected Mo Tuesday afternoon the girls at ARC were fantastic.nCaitlin, Chloe, Annie, and Kelsey were lovely and very caring towards Mo and me. I felt well informed throughout the 2 days Mo was in their care.nDee at reception was friendly, empathetic and efficient and is a perfect front person for ARC.nI cannot thank the team enough for the care they gave Mo.
Thank heavens for ARC, we can't thank you enough for the genuine care and concern for one of our babies. Beau on the right had a bladder obstruction during the weekend and we were very stressed.nThe staff could not of been more helpful and professsional,very lovely to deal with, so again a sincere thank you from us all.nLance, Melissa, Beau and Fonzie.
