We have had to change vets from here only because of their reduced hours and unable to get appointments easy. No weekends open, this was proving hard for us. In general the place is immaculate and staff friendly, especially Dr Annie who had recently cared for our dog. Very disappointed that we’ve had to move but fur babies come first…

Parked my daughters car there Saturday night and went to move it Sunday night so I wouldn't disrupt there business. Also emailed them to tell them I usually park at the church I'm just leaving it here until church service is over. They rang a tow company to tow it away now I have to pay $400 rang them up asking why my car was towed and now there is a caravan in the parking lot he said it's his employees. Told him I am going to write a review he threatened me and said there will be problems if I do. What a disgrace of a business.

Dreadful experience. Rude, unwelcoming and bordering on negligent. Our puppy ate something random on the floor of the exam room and a junior vet took her away from us into a different room without warning. Strongly advise staying away from this awful place if you care for your pet.

I would reccomend this place to everyone great customer service and your pet is not just a name and number they genuinely care about your animals ..thankyou Vanessa for being so wonderful with dreamer.we can tell that you have a genuine love for animals and its not just a job thankyou again.
