I have been taking my cat here for the past few years, and of late, my two puppers. Very professional and friendly team, from the reception to the vet nurses and doctors. I always know my pets will be in capable, safe hands, and my pets have always come home happy with no complications from procedures. Thanks Massey Vets!

Absolutely amazed and truly humbled with the amazing service we received from Massey Heights Vets last night.nFrom the phone calls with Zoe so compassionate and caring yesterday having to change my appointment twice because our precious Scarf disappeared again to ringing 2 minutes after closing when she came back and allowing us to bring her straight up and making it not a problem at all in what was an already upsetting situation for us, from the moment we walked in, it was clear that Zoe and the vet Jia I’m pretty sure missed her name but will update when I find that outthat this clinic is a cut above the rest in how they care for both our pets and us!nYou both showed nothing but kindness, caring, compassion and professionalism, you took so much time taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions giving us time to process and understand it all and sob our hearts out but honestly we truly appreciate all you did and the love and care you showed us, Nicky & Connor

Absolutely thrilled with Massey Heights Vets! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this clinic is a cut above the rest. The entire team, from the amazing vets to the lovely desk staff, showed nothing but kindness and professionalism. They treated my dog with such compassion and care, making every visit a positive experience. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I can’t recommend Massey Heights Vets highly enough—they truly go above and beyond for their furry patients and their owners. Five stars!

Today I went to massey vets as my cat had a check up due today. As soon as we went to the vets, the doctor Jia who is actually one of the top vets here as mentioned on the website wasn't welcoming towards us. It was as if she didn't want to help us.nnAll the vets there that have checked my cat previously made me and my cat feel so welcome and their hospitality was top notch . Today it was another case. Dr Jia asked us if my cat is neutered and we my mom and i said yes he is and it's on his records saying that he has been neutered and is up to date with all his check up and vaccines.nnShe gave us a look as if she thought we were lying to her and checked for herself to see if we were telling the truth. Once she found out that we were telling the truth she gave this look as if we don't know what the term neutered or spay even means.nnMy cat was frightened when he got his vaccine and felt very uncomfortable when she was checking him. The look in his eyes said it all. I know my cat well and when he doesn't like being held or touched in a certain way , he will make it clear .nnMy cat doesn't like to be held in a certain way as he starts to squirm. It's as if she didn't care and continued to handle him roughly.nnThe only help I actually appreciated was from Megan? The receptionist who handled him well and he didn't squirm at her hands. However. I noticed that doctor Jia was squeezing my cats paws roughly when she was trimming his nails. That had really upset me when I came home.nnAll the vets at massey vets handle him with care but from today I know now that not all vets are able to do that. Dr Jia I am disappointed and upset. She had no empathy and wasn't welcoming . Definitely do not recommend getting your pet checked by her

My cat was injured and my usual vet didn't have a spot for the same day appointment and after couple of calls to multiple clinics I was able to get an appointment here. I continued with the checkups too. All the nurses and vets I met there were wonderful - very friendly, understanding, answering all my questions, polite and knowledgeable. They were really concerned to give my cat the very best care.
