Absolutely thrilled with Massey Heights Vets! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this clinic is a cut above the rest. The entire team, from the amazing vets to the lovely desk staff, showed nothing but kindness and professionalism. They treated my dog with such compassion and care, making every visit a positive experience. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I can’t recommend Massey Heights Vets highly enough—they truly go above and beyond for their furry patients and their owners. Five stars!

My cat was injured and my usual vet didn't have a spot for the same day appointment and after couple of calls to multiple clinics I was able to get an appointment here. I continued with the checkups too. All the nurses and vets I met there were wonderful - very friendly, understanding, answering all my questions, polite and knowledgeable. They were really concerned to give my cat the very best care.

I’ve gone to this vet a number of times. They’re pricing insanely high even for just vaccinations. I travelled all the way to South Auckland last year and got the vaccinations for half of the price. This time I brought my dog in for a grass seed issue which is the second time he had the same issue. They told me to leave it and gave him meds which I did. The seed has turned into a lump which they charged me $2440 to remove which the seed surgery last year cost $700. Then they said they could see the grass seed track but not find the seed and I would have to pay more to have them look through the lump. When I had come in the first time to diagnose the vet said the front entrance of the seed was a wart… and yet now she acknowledges it was a grass seed track. It seems that they care about charging an arm and a leg and not what is actually best for the animals. I am changing vet’s immediately and will not be going back.

We had never been to this vet clinic before last night but were so grateful they didn't hesitate to help us. Our cockatiel of 10 years had been sick and recently seen by a avaian quite a distance from our home. Returning home in the afternoon we could see he wasn't doing well and was indeed dying. Not wanting him to be in pain we made the hard decision to put him to sleep. We started calling local vets but no one could help us. Massey heights didn't hesitate, they we so kind and respectful. Thank you so much we appreciate what you did for us ... you are amazing!
