Peppers On The Point - Lake Rotorua

We were greeted as soon as we parked our car, given a tour of the property and shown to our suite, which was breathtaking. They offered us private dining across from our suite for our dinner on the first night. Grace looked after us all evening and couldn’t have been more accomodating all of the staff made the hotel feel really homely. Loved the breakfast too! Stunning location, great service, wonderful memories.

Room 5 lodge suite is very spacious with a balcony and has an amazing view of the lake. The staff here are very warm, attentive and helpful. This is a wonderful, beautiful, quiet, and relaxing place to stay.

It was a slay of a stay Lovely manicured property with views and charm. We appreciated the little touches in the decor and things like the lolly jar and chess set. The tennis court was also a nice surprise amenity.Rooms: 5/5

I cannot thank the staff of Peppers on the Point enough for making our stay truly memorable. My wife is in the final stages of a battle with cancer and we wanted to tour New Zealand as our final trip together. This was the highlight of our tour with exceptional but unobtrusive service, genuine care, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay where everything is simply perfect.

Our stay was outstanding and to be honest it’s difficult to find the appropriate words to describe how fantastic our stay was. We were a group of 3 couples who all booked a Luxury Escape. We were celebrating my husband’s significant birthday and were staying in the beautiful main suite. Two nights of absolute luxury. The staff are faultless , so friendly and so very helpful they really made our stay very special. We dined in our huge suite on the first night and the chef prepared a grazing dinner which was incredible. The second night we had dinner in the restaurant which was equally outstanding. We can’t praise the property and the staff highly enough. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so special.
