Pavilions Hotel Christchurch

What a wonderful venue.. breakfast, dinner or drink at the bar.. I had room service most of the time and it was delicious.. comfy beds and very clean rooms. I will be back on my next visit to the beautiful city of Christchurch.Rooms: 4/5

Staff were awesome, made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, good selection. Room was clean, tidy and good size. Disliked being so close to the road and the road noise. Parking was not easy either luckily we had a small car.Rooms: 4/5

Stayed Good Friday… have stayed many times and love this place. Check in easy and early. Had dinner at Jimmy’s… with a couple of family members, food was delicious, our waitress was awesome. Only bummer was when settling the bill. Jared could probably do with some customer service training… his service and arrogant attitude almost ruined the whole night, not to mention his treatment of his fellow workers. But still our fave and will be back!

Had a great stay here in February, lovely room, very good price, hot jacuzzi, wife and I delighted with what we got for our money. Only wee thing is, I wonder about having ur son employed in the bar as when a note of a slight disagreement was raised, he was simply rude........not so good....but not reflected in the overall score as other than that it was top notch.

I phoned Pavillions from home in Gore to book in for 5 nights...I asked if you had a bed and breakfast special on for month of June...I was told NO...we paid $177 a night for B&B. I later discovered you DID have a $159 special for month of June. Very disappointed as we look forward to staying with you when we visit Chch to catchup with our Grandies. Rooms: Room quite small...bathroom also very small...staff were quick to get blocked shower fixed for us Food & drinks: Staff very friendly...great service Breakfasts amazing as usual.

Really pleasantly surprised. Loved the bar n bistro. Nice vibe and theme. Stayed 4 nights. Great breakfast. Did a conference there too. Very well set up. Thank you Barbara, Paige and team. Coming back next yearRooms: 5/5

Very nice hotel in great location close to town. Very nice, clean modern room and simple swipe card security. Top class shower and bathroom. Really great breakfast buffet. Would happily stay there again. Ground floor rooms are more accessible and upstairs room are more private I imagine.Rooms: 4/5

Booked in as part of a tour group had a up stairs room with a rugby teams of kids staying wasn't the best night very noisy rooms ,facilities poor, power points don't go hanging lose very poor layout in bathroom jump the loo to get to the sink, few rough housing live ins uneasy feeling.....but young woman/ girl staff only are lovelyRooms: 1/5

We loved our stay here! Very friendly, helpful, smiling, and caring staff. Beautiful breakfast every morning! We loved everything about our stay here. The pool and spa pool was definitely a massive bonus!Rooms: 4/5

First time ive been here so glad we came .room was of a very high standard .only thing i would suggest you do in the winter time it would be nice to arrive at this amazing place with a warm room Rooms: Rooms are very clean and modern and the bed is great Food & drinks: Room service available and resturant on site both very good
