The motel is dated. The fridge and air conditioner were out of function. There were no shampoo and body wash provided in their containers. Plus the neighborhood seems to be unsafe and annoying car engines made the room very noisy even after midnight.Rooms: 2/5

City centre is only 10 minutes drive away. Managed to get a room at the ground floor, very convenient with parking right in front. Room is spacious enough for 5 adults, wifi is fast, shower is strong and beddings are comfortable. Only 1 unit of heater at living room so the room was a bit cold. Great value place to stay.Rooms: 4/5

Great value, quite spacious unit for a small family, central location, great shower, comfy beds. We had a few minor maintainance issues light bulbs out etc. but after mentioning them to the management, to their credit, they fixed them all straight away - can't fault that!Rooms: 4/5

Rooms were ok but the toilet had not been cleaned. Spa bath had not been cleaned out, dirty gunk came out of the jets when turned on. Management does not record license plate numbers of cars so when we had to leave early and had a car completely blocking our way, it took a while to to find the owner. We got a discount which was appreciated but not sure if we'd trust the place again.

My Mother stayed there for a few days recently. The only thing noticed was mildew and moss on the outside balconies and stairs. Just need a water blast and possibly and coat of non slip paint. She said she enjoyed her stay and would come back.Rooms: 4/5

Booked one bedroom king suite for $122.40. Easy & fast check in. Staff on reception was helpful. Room was spacious, clean and homey. Fully equipped kitchen. Good sized bathroom. Comfy bed. Generally a good motel.

LOVED every minute of our 3 night stay here last month!! Owners were lovely, very warm and welcoming. Nothing seemed a hassle. Our room was clean, homely and exactly what we were after. Excellent value for money. Will not hesitate to book for our next holiday to Christchurch.
