Halswell Seafood Centre

We had the crumbed tarakihi fillet, crumbed chicken fillet, double meat burger, steak and onion roll and a scoop of chips. It was all beautifully cooked, generously portioned and amazingly delicious!! It is now our most favourite fish and chip shop in Christchurch. The service was great & friendly and the place was clean. We can’t wait to go back there, it will now be our fortnightly fish and chip stop. Even though it’s a 25 minute drive away from where we live. Yummmy yummy yummy!!

We enjoyed the best crumbed hoki and tarikihi this afternoon. Perfectly cooked fish and crispy crumb coating. We can see why you get busy so early. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Great fish and chips. Normally get deep fried wontons as well which are nice and crispy.

I would love to eat every day! Best fish and chips in the town! The crispy chicken burger is sooooo amazing!

The most terrible kai of fish in chips we ever had from this shop chips were soggy and cooked in old oil fish overcooked potatoe fritters way overcooked and dry but the cheese and pineapple burger was good will never go there again we never have left overs but tonight we do
