KFC Colombo Street

Took 26 minutes to get my order inside. I could've ordered fish n chips faster. On top of that I had to intervene and ask the staff why my order was deleted off the board at 25 minutes and on top of that they still got the order wrong!nLiterally the worst display of competency I've seen in years. I blame management for their lack of control and problem solving. Even if it is the busy part of the day thats no excuse.nTo top it all off the state of their work stations I wouldn't let my dog live in. Seriously take some pride in your job.

Despite ordering online and giving them plenty of time to prepare the order, I had to wait for at least 15 more minutes while I was in store. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication with customers. However, the food was as great as expected.

Wait 15 mins in drive through. Big queue of cars, get to the speaker and wait a few minutes before I decided to ask Hello? Which finally got a response.nThen they say they've got no tenders no zingers, just wicked wings, unless you want to go to the carpark and wait for 10 minutes for them to cook. Which is really a 20 minute wait.nNobody in the back has an idea of what's going on ?nKFC Colombo is a 1hour drive through experience basically.nPicture is the unmanned unhelpful front desk

1. See photos below of filth on the wall in the bathroom don’t dry your hands and filth on the chairs.n2. If there is a fire, don’t follow the Fire Evac Map on the wall, it will take you to a locked door.n3. Order was missing items and they don’t answer the phone, so unable to rectify unless I drive back.

The worst KFC by far. Waited 40 minutes for chicken to be cooked. Got home, they forgot the wicked wings. Went back, guy thought it was a joke and funny. Seriously bad KFC. That photo is a colonels lunch and two extra pieces of chicken. It’s a rip off and just a sad looking array. They seem to be undertrained and short staffed.
