Have been regular customer and feel that their service degraded. Poor service. Did not serve the customer according to their order sequence. All the other table who came later than us got their food but not us. They told us it was because we ordered stir fried noodle it will take longer. But other people who came later and ordered stir fried rice got served first before us. Very bad service. Will not come again.

I hear this place was good and it’s special was milk tea and the first time I tried the milk tea it was truly the best I have ever had. I have now been a regular customer as this is a great place to go. But still needs improvements. First is the customer service which is excellent but sometimes when the server makes a mistake and the chef needs to fix the order the chef gets very annoyed and frustrated as I have seen this happen many times. Second is the seats, cutlery and cups are quite dirty. But overall I really recommend coming here as it has the best milk tea and bubble milk tea in Christchurch, amazing food and fantastic customer service.

Good food, good price. The service wasn't quite good because they always had a busy time and difficult to talk to the waitress. Takes time to order and pay. Need to improve their customer service and system.
