KFC Papanui

Arrived at about 11am today still quiet, ordered at the counter and was served by Julieta. She's friendly and smiley but struggles with English so have to be patient. The renovated restaurant looks brighter and more inviting but drinks dispenser is still old and doesn't work very well. I requested for fresh hot chips and I was very pleased that my request was granted. KFC staff does tend to prioritize drive thru customers so that's why we like to go earlier in the morning to avoid the queue.

Good experience overall, I got a Hot and Spicy Colonel's Lunch for $9.80 and redeemed a survey code to get free chips and drink. The food was great, the service was good, however, some of the chairs were quite dirty.

Restaurant was busy as ot was between 6 to 6.30. They got our order wrong again. Always seem to happen when they are busy. We order a zinger box meal but when we got home there was no Zinger burger!. Should have checked before we left but order should be accurate. So annoyed

I ordered a meal in a drive through, thinking that i will get ice cold drink in this hot day. But i never tasted Fanta like that. Never going back again. Hope the cold drink was not out of date.

Made an order via the app.nTold the staff my order #.nWaited in store for 30 minutes watching the TV with the order numbers and listening for my number.nnApproached staff 30+mins after my order was meant to be. Supervisor retrieved my order from the warmer and said it had been ready for a while.nnAsked to speak to the Sajith manager, who then proceeded to lie and contradicted what supervisor has just said. Saying the food has just been made. No apology was given.nWould not recommend the customer service provided by Sajith and his team.nnNo apology given
