KFC Papanui

It was busy, a Saturday night,the drive in queue was quite long so went in store,waited over 20 mins for order, this was the chicken was cold a half slither of tomato and teaspoon of salad. First email of complaint was ignored, 2nd and stronger wording from my husband got a response, a voucher. Will not be returning to this shop.

Really bad experience. First, if all we went to via drive drive-through. No one was behind us in the queue, but a person asked to go to the parking lot after order. The order took 15 min to arrive. Most disgusting is we got chicken burger instead if Vege burger what I order. Trying to call the Papanui store for the last 30min no on receiving a call.

Used to be nice and crispy chicken there. but now all quality is worse. Chicken was breast part tough and dry potato & gravy was watery, and the chicken patty was too small in the zinger burger. Only chips was great . Disappointed .nnSuper crispy! I always go this one. Very friendly lady staff was nice too. :-

Arrived at 7.50nNo less than 3 staff members observed us standing there. Not one even acknowledged us. Plenty of times eye contact was achieved but not so much as a “sorry we are slammed I’ll be there soon”. Can’t complain about the quality of the service to be fair, because we received none. Similarly the food cannot be rated accurately because we left at 7:57nWe will not be returning.

Hands down the worst KFC that I've ever experienced. Long wait time, horrible chicken not to neglect everything is sticky.
