Edgardo's Grill

This is the best Inasal with the most authentic flavor I've ever tasted in New Zealand. I didn't realize it could only be found in Christchurch. The balance of flavors is perfect, and both the chicken and pork are grilled to perfection with no burnt taste. The fluffy, pearly rice topped with chicken oil enhances the overall experience. I only wish they had more space to accommodate more diners, as this dish is best enjoyed freshly cooked. I can't wait to return to Christchurch just to experience it again. Five up

Ordered Barkada Set meal for takeaway tonight. The barbecues and chicken inasals are so flavorful and perfectly paired with chicken oil and condiments. Excellent food with genuine Filipino flavor! We'll order again for sure!

Never thought I will find food from my hometown in Christchurch.. The chicken and pork barbeque is good and reasonably priced.. You should also the Kansi soup
