0 Star - An Absolute JokennKFC Eastgate? What a joke. This is the first time I oder from eastgate and it was terrible. If you enjoy waiting over 40 minutes for food that tastes like it was fried in motor oil, this is your place. They don’t bother preparing orders properly — it’s more like a lucky draw. While I stood there starving, I watched person after person come back complaining about missing items. Honestly, I’m convinced chaos is part of their business model.nnThe staff? Clueless. Running around like headless chickens, no coordination, no urgency, and definitely no customer service. It's like no one trained them — or maybe they just don’t care. When I finally got my food, it was a soggy, greasy disaster. Not even worth feeding to pigeons.nnSave yourself the frustration oders from somewhere else

Really terrible service. There was some kind of system issue that meant there were no orders going from the kiosks to the kitchen. They had a man in there repairing them, but there was no communication from staff that the kiosks weren't working.nnI watched 10 people who ordered after me receive their food before a staff member saw someone ordering from the kiosk, explained that they weren't working, and then printed off his order to physically take to the kitchen. I then had to wait a further 5-10 minutes to get a staff member's attention, and then another 5 minutes while the system was rebooted just to have them print my order to finally take to the kitchen.nnI also had to explain to 4 other people since no staff member was communicating with us that they would need to approach the counter to have their orders made up.nnStaff were flat out ignoring customers, avoiding all eye contact, and making no effort to stop more people from ordering from the faulty kiosks. I understand that it was incredibly busy, and I'm sure extremely stressful, but a simple note taped to the kiosks would have prevented all of this.nnIn the end I waited 45 minutes for my food, and had to spend longer waiting to actually speak to someone to ask for a free drink for some kind of recompense for the ordeal.nnTruly the worst experience I have ever had with KFC. Some customer service training is desperately needed.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service last night. If you want fast food clearly Uber or going through the drive through is your best option. Waited 20 minutes inside the restaurant for my food. While waiting at least 6 Uber eats people came in and out, around 15 orders taken out through the drive through. 20 minute wait for some chicken inside the restaurant. Ridiculous considering the main thing you sell is chicken, you think there would always be some ready to go. To top it all off after waiting 20 minutes for my order I was missing something. Good thing I checked before I left. Every time I come to KFC Eastgate I always seem to have something missing from my order.nnAlso the manager was walking around doing nothing to help out. Had his head set on to make him look important but had his hands behind his back majority of the time.

I had a fantastic experience at KFC this Wednesday, all thanks to Ronny! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. Despite the busy atmosphere, he handled everything with a smile and great efficiency. It’s rare to see such genuine customer service these days—Ronny truly went above and beyond. Keep up the great work!

Hoping that someone from last night has a picture of their wicked wings burned black burned. Drive through took my $150 order to 45mins away only to find 2 black burned wicked wings n instead of 20 pieces we had 17 pieces n with our 16 pieces shared bucket we had 14 and really old oil smell. We got rid of the burned regret not taking a picture so hoping someone had the same experience. This KFC needs quality review as this is not our first experience on quantity and quality. Mostly we counted the pieces and go in to correct but we were in a hurry as we were traveling. We aren't going back there again. Always check your products.
