Great pizzas and great beer! The service is always so smiley and the pizzas are great. They are wood fired, and the menu changes seasonally so often there is a chance to try something new.nFour of us go once a week and the consistency in service and food is why we come back
Great food, great prizes, great location, can't ask for much more than!nn2 for 1 Tuesday on pizzas can't be beatennAnd the milk stout or the nectron are the perfect accompaniment nHappily catters for vegans, with vegan cheese at no extra changen10/10 - a must go to for any Christchurch local or travellernOutdoor dining is also easy with the outdoor heating
The beer tasting tray of 6 is a must! It’s nice setup, pizzas were tasty but couldn’t hold the toppings together. Good choice of Vegetarian food as well.
Great 2 for 1 pizza deal on Tuesday nights. Really good value and gourmet pizzas for the pizza lovers. My go-to pizza, you can’t beat the value for money. Always very busy, make sure you book. It can be quite noisy when jam packed. Great beer, recommend the nitro milk stout.
Tuesday 2 for 1 pizza night is obviously a hit for these guys! The place was packed, and the staff were just keeping up! We were sent out to find our own table and ended up sharing with someone who was just leaving. Eventually, we had to ask one of the staff members to clear the plates that the other people left, which wasn't ideal but understandable, considering how busy they were. The food came out really fast, especially with, again, how busy they were. The food was good; I don't think I would pay full price for the pizzas as it is very expensive. They were yummy and generously topped. A few of the pizzas coming out were quite burnt; common for wood oven pizza, yes, but a bit too much in this case, in my opinion. We had to scavenge for our own cutlery, side plates, and water despite other tables being served these things. Had to wait a long time to order at the bar, but the service there was great!nnOverall, it was a good experience, and the few shortfalls I can totally understand; they had a lot of staff on, so they weren't understaffed, but it really was insanely busy. Suffering from success, you might say!
