KFC Shirley

Had a great experience at KFC thanks to the amazing service from Mamta and Sumi. Both of them were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They served us with a smile, made sure everything was right, and really went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to be greeted by staff who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Mamta and Sumi, for your excellent service and positive attitude. You are a real credit to the team!nnHighly recommend this KFC because of staff members like them.

Came here yesterday, 11 November 2025 and ordered the Hot and Crispy boneless meal. Bit into the chicken and was not satisfied with how cooked it was.nnWhen I went to the counter, I asked the attendant if they could remake the chicken not the rest of the meal as I wasn't happy with the colouring. She then called me over a few minutes later with the manager.nnThe manager stated it was fine and they weren't going to redo it. I showed her every piece and reiterated I was not OK eating this with how raw it was. She again refused and said it was the seasoning that made it this colour.nnAfter a bit of back and forth she agreed to give me some chicken but not replace amount that came with the meal. I took it, lodged my feedback and left.nnIt's one thing to not cook the food right and mistakes happen, but if a customer complains and you argue back? That's disgraceful. Do better for your customers. After finishing our conversation she was arguing with another customer about their missing order. Don't come to this one.

Went there to get lunch as a treat and this is how much chip were in the meals, rang up as I live out of town and the only solution was come back with the meals and we will replace it, manager said their was no other solution my child wasn’t going to another 40 minutes not being able to eat it just to go back in. This is ridiculous considering.

This is my usual KFC local, and the food is usually ok. But I was pretty unimpressed with a couple of burgers I ordered the other day. I couldn't finish the zinger burger which was a weird chewy texture that I've never experienced before, The usual crispy outing was soggy and soaked into the bread bun and the very minimal lettuce was brown. The burger was still warm but I'm guessing it had been sitting there a while. The snack burger I managed to eat after scraping out all of the brown soggy lettuce.

They don’t pick up call after 7 pm so stupid that even if you try 100 times trying to avoid calls that’s not business we all understand work can be hard but manager have to look upon it and make things better if it’s a business never going to order something r visit Shirley kfc… bcz it’s very bad experience
