KFC Shirley

This is my usual KFC local, and the food is usually ok. But I was pretty unimpressed with a couple of burgers I ordered the other day. I couldn't finish the zinger burger which was a weird chewy texture that I've never experienced before, The usual crispy outing was soggy and soaked into the bread bun and the very minimal lettuce was brown. The burger was still warm but I'm guessing it had been sitting there a while. The snack burger I managed to eat after scraping out all of the brown soggy lettuce.

The reviews speak for themselves. We thought we would get lucky, but the odds were stacked against us. The chicken was dry as it can be, probably the worst chicken I ever had in any of the KFCs anywhere in the world. How can you get chicken to this state unless you are selling stale leftovers!!Absolutely disgusting!!

Worst experience ever at KFC. Waited 30 minutes in the drive-through at 10:30 pm, only to be told they’d sold out of everything except a snack burger and chips — not even wings available. What a complete waste of time. Ended up going to Burger King at11:10 next door, and they had their full menu ready. If there’s barely any food left, it’s better to close the restaurant than make people wait for nothing.

The service was very fast and I got my order correct. Their chicken was very fresh and moist, chips were fresh and crispy and their staff especially Lestat was very welcoming and friendly. She repeated my order and told me promotions so I could save some money, i hope they get more people like her.

Very disappointed with the service at KCF. The staff were very slow waited more than 30 min and it took a long time to get my order even though the store wasn’t busy. Food was also really soggy delay ruined the experience. Needs better management and faster service.
