The reviews speak for themselves. We thought we would get lucky, but the odds were stacked against us. The chicken was dry as it can be, probably the worst chicken I ever had in any of the KFCs anywhere in the world. How can you get chicken to this state unless you are selling stale leftovers!!Absolutely disgusting!!

I like this branch personally and barely have any issues with the food or service. Yesterday they forgot my popcorn so I did it the old way - rang them, they verified the order and the person who packed it confirmed they forgot then gave me store credit to use next time. I recommend if you have an honest issue, contact them and have your stuff back. Don’t ignore it. They were happy to listen to my issue though, will keep coming back here!

Chicken smelt and tasted burnt which was a first. Chips tasted like they had been sitting there for a very long time, were soggy and really under seasoned. My burger came fallen apart in the packet and with one piece of bacon. Terrible value for money not even my dogs wanted to touch the fallen pieces of chicken

Customer service was really good and fast. I went to this store for takeaway dinner, and even though there were many customers, they greeted me and acknowledged my wait. I really liked the customer service. Although it was busy, it was a good experience.

Critically understaffed during peak times. No receipts checked, meaning my order was stolen by someone else after waiting for 30 minutes. Also the self checkout doesn't print out receipts. No one at the cashier unless you get noticed. Drive-through obviously gets prioritized. Just very disappointing. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
