Your crumbed cod is huge. Could feed 2 people. Chips are crunchy and salted perfectly. Kids love your curried rolls, a little bit of heat but lots of flavour. Even though we have moved away from the area. The kids still enjoy coming to get your fish and chips :
Best fish and chips in town. We've been here a few times now and it became our favourite. Never soaked in oil, crisp and delicious. Well recommended
I really enjoyed the thick hand-cut chips, very crisp and tasty. The potato fritter was also nice.
Best Fish n Chips in CHCH in my view.nnHome cut chips. Yum! Crispy outside and soft within.nnI love the flat chunky chips best.nnLovely service.
Basic fare. Chips were undercooked, but edible and plentiful, a good size scoop. Burger was ok for a fish n chip shop. Fish was cut so thin it felt like you were just eating batter. Pathetic for how much you pay for a piece of fish.nPotato fritters, always more than you order. To make up for the poor quality of chips or fish ?nSadly this is typical of many shops now and has become the new standard.
