first time getting from here & you guys kept a piece of my bread for yourselvesnit’s gonna taste fine so idrc but thought you guys should see this anyway

Genuinely such a good experience every time I come here. Staff are always friendly, fast, and hard working. Food is always great too. Whoever does the hiring here clearly knows what they’re doing. 10/10.

I played some micromachines on my book pro 3, while charging a smartphone, for some reason staff wanted or required me to change my seating to sweep under the table i was seated at. I mentioned that its a lot to move, non protesting, and a bit curious as to why exactly. i had checked for closing time and it was still one hour away, my search history on my ph is timestamped re the info. I asked for the manager, however i was informed by the person sweeping the corner 'we dont really have a manager'nnI dont go to restaurants to babysit gen z or try to play a zelda crptic puzzle game in peoples heads as Ive already got the funds for a rubix cube, I sat down for probably near an hour, I left with a thanks, got a response similar to what people say to older generations, generic and not necessarily unkind, thanks and have a good night and said likewise and left. Not a big deal, just weirdly understandable that no sense seemed to appear regarding management or urgency. Although i wasnt asked in exactly a panic or finicky manner either.nnBut if lying that bad is gen zs intention or level of iq then god knows why Id like to drag myself into that

Katy was awesome I walked in 1 min before closing after a big day and no food she and her team had already cleaned and put it all away. She still made me a fantastic sub with a smile on her facennThanks katy

I have ordered food from this store plenty of times as it is my local and I have never had an issue. Today I made an order and a staff member I have not seen before was making my order, a mean comment about my race was made and one of the subs was very squashed and falling apart. My wife went back into the store and a different staff member was lovely and apologetic and remade the sub. All in all quite a disappointing experience.
