KFC Riccarton

I am beyond frustrated. I’ve kept quiet about this for a long time, but enough is enough. Every single time I order and asked for GRAVY ONLY, I am handed the standard potato and gravy. I even pay extra for the specific request and make a point to speak clearly to the staff to ensure it’s correct, yet the ticket is ignored every time. I’m tired of throwing money away on an order this location refuses to get right. Absolute waste of time and cash.

Very disappointing experience today. We placed our order online expecting a quicker pickup, but still had to wait almost 20 minutes. During that time, several customers who arrived after us received their food and left before we did, which was frustrating.nI was also concerned about the food hygiene. The staff at the front counter were not wearing face masks and were talking directly in front of the food while preparing and handling orders. It didn’t feel very hygienic.nI hope the team improves both their order management and food handling practices to provide a better experience for customers.

Get your own ketchup as upon asking for it you the staff will say that the stock has ended and we are replenishing it!nAlso after the excellent service I wanted to wash my hands, there was no soap in the dispenser, which also reminded me that I should carry my own soap for hand wash. I got lucky to find out there was water in the faucets!nGood seating area though :

THE Worst Staff ever. 100% they will get your order wrong, miss things out, sauces etc. ALL the time. You MUST sit there & check your order & treat the staff here like the careless Children that they are, they clearly couldn't care less what your order is because they ALWAYS get it wrong. Food is fine though but just keep watch on the staff here & double check your order before you get home.

Absolutely appalling service at KFC Riccarton. Some guy named Dion served me, got my order wrong, and then treated me with a rude, condescending attitude when I raised the issue. Mistakes happen, but what isn't acceptable is acting like the customer is the problem. There was no apology, no effort to fix things properly, and absolutely no sense that he cared about providing decent customer service.nnHis dismissive attitude made it feel like he couldn't have cared less about getting the order right or helping resolve the mistake. It turned what should have been a quick meal into an incredibly frustrating experience.nnCustomer service starts with basic respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. This is easily one of the worst experiences I've had at a KFC, and unless management addresses this kind of behaviour, I won't be returning to this location.
