KFC Riccarton

Very disappointed tonight. Was hoping to have a nice yummy dinner and ended up with a 40+ minute wait while other orders were going out that were placed after mine. Dry chicken, lumpy average gravy, unseasoned chips and dry wicked wings. I will never come back here again. Yes I understand that it was busy but come on, I was at the top of the order board for 20 minutes only Tk be told to wait another 5.

The fried chicken wasn't freshly baked and wasn't crisp enough.nThe room is bright enough but there are a lot of crumbs on the table.nAnd the NZ KFC is much more expensive than UK

Terrible experience lady in the drive through couldn’t get our order right had to repeat it 4 times before we gave up and just got what she thought we heard. Estimated wait time was 10 mins we waited 25 and the box had oil and some liquid on it the chicken was also very oily and wet and has some red things inside. Terrible experience

Food was warm enough, however the service from the woman working tonight was very disappointing. Perfectly nicely asked if it was possible to change from potato and gravy to coleslaw as it is the same price but only if it’s not too much of an issue. She makes a big deal out of it and says we should have changed it on the touch screen when ordering even though I tried to do that. It would have been 100% okay to say no but instead she made me feel upset and annoying. Definitely the worst KFC I have had.

Poor drive through service, ask for chicken wings snack box and gave me only chips , came back again to drive all along from home to complaint about that and they gave me wing but chips is cold now , staff just laugh on their mistake feel like they don’t care about customer service. Poor hospitality specially that drive through guy who taking orders. Never come back again .
