The worst KFC drive-thru I’ve been to!nPlease replace the lady on duty last night!nFirst, she took my order wrong and blame it in me and the headset. I ordered a Hot and Crispy Salad Bowl with Aioli. She gave me a boneless meal and add on a packet of Aoili with it. Then, instead of putting my salad bowl on a bowl, she put it in a snack box!nThe worst!

I went in restaurant in evening it was kind of busy time and the girl was taking order nice and friendly. It was quick and fresh food. I appreciate the service.

Very disappointed tonight. Was hoping to have a nice yummy dinner and ended up with a 40+ minute wait while other orders were going out that were placed after mine. Dry chicken, lumpy average gravy, unseasoned chips and dry wicked wings. I will never come back here again. Yes I understand that it was busy but come on, I was at the top of the order board for 20 minutes only Tk be told to wait another 5.

Ask for wings, drop one on the beach, and put it back in my box, no apologies, and say they are no different. Cash refunded, $18.99 only refunded 18. Worth for 1

Was waiting 20 minutes for my 2 pieces of chicken and popcorn snack box and eventually one of the staff gave me the 2 pieces of chicken but it had been sitting out in the box before I even ordered. Then for my popcorn snack box they didn’t even give me that instead I got a piece of cold drum stick and gravy which was not what I ordered extremely disappointed with my purchase
