KFC Riccarton

Very disappointed tonight. Was hoping to have a nice yummy dinner and ended up with a 40+ minute wait while other orders were going out that were placed after mine. Dry chicken, lumpy average gravy, unseasoned chips and dry wicked wings. I will never come back here again. Yes I understand that it was busy but come on, I was at the top of the order board for 20 minutes only Tk be told to wait another 5.

Ordered dinner via Uber eats, 2 x burger meals with specific sized and types of drinks, order came, missing a burger the main item of the meal and the drinks were incorrect. Called the restaurant to be told they would not deliver the burger that had been paid for and to go through Uber eats. Standard process I'm sure, could have all been avoided if staff had read and double checked the order was correct before sending it out.

I went through the drive thru on the 11th of November. I Upsized my meal, swapping my soft drink for water. They gave me the water but failed to give me my upsized meal. They also did not put the receipt in the bag. As such, I would recommend checking your orders as this is not the first time this has happened to me here. Staff seemed to be inconvenienced and had a poor attitude grunting as he handed me the order. Due to not including the receipt, I have not challenged them for getting the order wrong. Chips were cold and missing the seasoning. Disappointing.

I didn't use the drive-through.nI walked in and ordered at the counter.nThe lady who served me was a young African woman called Sweatha.nShe was very nice and helpful.

After waiting for 15mins in the drive through, they said they can only pick one order per car. Which is one of the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. Unsatisfied with the service and what are we supposed to do, only had 2 small orders and couldn't even pick it up. So much for a fast food service, shame on you.
