KFC Riccarton

I am beyond frustrated. I’ve kept quiet about this for a long time, but enough is enough. Every single time I order and asked for GRAVY ONLY, I am handed the standard potato and gravy. I even pay extra for the specific request and make a point to speak clearly to the staff to ensure it’s correct, yet the ticket is ignored every time. I’m tired of throwing money away on an order this location refuses to get right. Absolute waste of time and cash.

I ordered Wicked Wings and Doughnut Bites, and both were cooked fresh. The Wicked Wings were so good—you can really tell they were freshly made. I’ve tried many KFC locations, but not all cook as fresh as this one.

The worst chicken wrap ever. It had too much mayo and was extremely spicy. I can’t finish the food not good for me I just had my operation. The service was not friendly at all. I only got four pieces of lettuce. This feels like bullying. and the chips is too salty.. My first time I was treated like this.

Ordering and paying was really fast using the touchscreen terminals. The food was ready within minutes and was perfect. I recommend this Riccarton branch of KFC.

Pretty bad service. I never leave reviews.nn1. They forgot to give me my bun that I paid for as an add-on, not once, not twice, but 3 times.nn2. I was given a half filled pot of mashed potatoes and gravy.nn3. Unsalted fries.nn4. Was given the top of a burger bun as they ran out of buns without asking beforehand.nn5. Telling me they’re too busy to give me regular coke so they give me Coke Zero.nn6. The chicken is really good though.nnGuys I know it’s not easy running a fast food joint and I don’t know what you’ve got going on behind closed doors but damn I know you guys can do better than this at work.nnWill update review when it starts getting better.
