Found this restaurant to be near our work location. We went 2 days in a row here. The food here is good. We really liked tandoori prawn, fish pakora and their breads. Lamb madras was not to our taste though. On the second visit we ordered Momos and Chowmein. Both really good. Recommended if you are in the locality and looking for Indian food .
Food was delicious yummy. Authentic taste of Nepal Cuisine. nTried so many Nepali restaurants around Aotearoa, but Gorkhali Chulo is best among the others Nepali restaurants according to taste and food options. nGood work Chef.
This place brought back those nostalgic feeling of being back home in nepal and eating home cooked food. We had 2 vegetarian thalis and 1 sizzling mushroom cooked in tandoor. Both the dishes were outstanding. One small comment would be the portion of the mushroom was abit less but the taste was great. Great customer service too. Would definitely recommend.
One of our favourite places to go for meals Absolutely love the food and ambience. Authentic Nepalese cuisine. Delicious hot and spicy food. Our favourite items are Choila and Jhol Momo. Love the heat and taste. Clean and tidy. The owner is a very nice person with a nice smile on his face . We have been there 3 times already and will highly recommend to you
I did not receive order I asked for. I was offered they would cook up more but would had to pay extra on top of already paying more for different order. To tired so accepted what was brought out. Foodnwas preferable t an Indian food in the mall as freshly cooked and tasted nicer.
