KFC Hornby

Just ordered 20 peices of chicken and some fries, literally 10 peices of dry oily centre breast peices , cold fries and absolutely no flavour.. i think people forget we are actually paying hard earned money for this. Very dissatisfied.nnEdit, reading through the reviews this is normal is headoffice/owner going to do anything ?

Absolutely rank tbe chicken wasn't crispy the batter was gooey called to speak about it was told to go on lune then received a automated appology and a free regular fries . Think tbe family meal cost $63 but regular fries thats all good north island KFC is by far better than any south island one we have attended.

Worst KFC out there. so slow. Why did i wait half an hour for a snack box? It’s meant to be fast food, The price does not match the quality, service or the time. Get some more staff and ones that can do their job. staff missing food out of orders. I expect so much better than this.

Terrible customer servicen1 kiosk was not connecting to the eftpos machine on a busy night but they ignored me when I told them, I then waited 20 mins for a quarter pack, while I ate I watched countless people try to use the same kiosk and they also told the staff. I then suggested as I left they should put an out of order sign on it and they said oh it’s not working? I also watched one of the staff literally shoo a young boy away to wait to use the other kiosk instead of serving him at he till, absolutely disgusting service guys

Order machine played up with eftpos machine, KFC team member was amazing, machine took payment but Order didn't go though, I showed payment taken from bank account, sorted Order asap. Amazing service at a busy time. Thank you
