GP Central - Stoddard (formerly Stoddard Road Medical Centre)

First visit this week for myself and my son and I'm highly impressed. Great staff, clean, tidy and spacious waiting area with plenty of seating.nMuch better that my old practice in St Lukes and I'm sooooo glad I made the move to this clinic.

I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Stoddard Road Medical. They really went the extra mile to help me sort out some complex things around my visa and funding, and because of their help, I was actually able to access the care I needed. A special thank you to Corné—you were amazing and so efficient and empathetic.nnAlso, can we talk about how lovely the reception staff are? They’re always warm, welcoming, and incredibly polite, even when things are super busy. It really makes such a difference walking into a place and being greeted with kindness.nnThank you so much again to everyone at Stoddard—I’m so grateful for all your help!

HinI and my family are registered with thus clinic for more than 15 years .nI just called them ، one of the receptionist was not helpful at all. I don't know who she is but her accent was not a kiwi. I asked her about flu injection if i have to pay for it or not she said I have to pay . I was explaining her that I am 51 years old might I don't have to pay as my sister just went to do it she didn't pay and she is for years younger than me but she didn't let me finish my conversation and cut off my call.I am very disappointed.

I have been a patient of this clinic and Gary for 25 years. He has always provided excellent care for me along with end of life care for both my parents. Excellent value too, half the price per visit compared to others in the area.

My entire family and i have been with the clinic since it has opennNow my issue is with the receptonjst especially the islander woman Felicity and tbe muslim woman Hager with the head scarf very rude , bad attitude . Called a week prior see if my grandfather had outstanding bill tbey said no , to go in today and when going to pay the island lady says you didnt pay , i said yes he did as my mother apid at dominion road and we are happy to provide a bank statement the island lady says no we will check with our admin teamhad a attiude being snarky by cutting me off saying ok ok i know what im doing. The nurses and doctors are and have always been great it is the reception staff they need to replacennHager was rude didnt bother to want to listen when i tried to let her know my grandfather is in toilet , i heard his name be called can you ask the doctor if he has called him told me to wait take a seat , gladly enough doctor came in as he over heard and said was that kenny i said yes i tried to explain to her but she didnt want to listen just told me to sit take a seat , if he didnt come back or for me to keep repeating myself my grandfather would of missed his appointment who is also 91 yr old and is in painnnReally over the receptionist here where the ones from 3 years ago
