Had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Karina at Remuera Medical Centre, I came in with blood test results that clearly indicated a thyroid issue, but instead of addressing my health concerns professionally, she rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned that the tests were done through a nutrient nurse, even though the tests were still done through Awanui Labs the same labs as the GP uses she questioned how much did this test cost, which felt completely inappropriate and unrelated.nnFortunately, I found a wonderful naturopath who actually took my symptoms seriously and diagnosed the thyroid issue correctly. Instead of being rude and dismissive, I'd expect a healthcare professional to treat patients with the respect and care they deserve. Unfortunately, after coming to this GP practice for over 8 years I'll be looking for a new doctor after this experience.

Not Recommended! I have been your patient for 16 years, and I have never experienced such poor service from your team members. From the front staff's rudeness to the doctor's incapability to keep the scheduled appointments, the list goes on and on. While I understand the health system is under severe pressure in New Zealand, I believe your loyal patients deserve better service from Remuera Village Medical Centre.

Been registered with RVMC for 15 years and their services have just plummeted. All my visits these past few years I have had to wait another 20 minutes past my scheduled time to then be undermined by the doctors saying that I shouldn’t bother seeking further medical advice or scans for an injury lasting half a year because they take too long? Poor communication and they won’t send through your results or referrals unless you follow up multiple times.

Very poor clinic, unable to take booking requests correctly. This clinic has been given plenty of chances, but it's about time to give them a deserving review. My partner called today to ask for a same day appointment, however, perhaps due to selective hearing or lack of care for their patients, they scheduled her appointment for the following day. How incompetent does one have to be to book someone in on the incorrect day? Look no further, the admin at this clinic excel at incompetency. Won't be visiting again, and fair warning to anyone who does, you're much better off taking your health issues elsewhere.

Very unprofessional, rude doctor I had to deal with. I was told that my follow up appointment would be free of charge. During my appointment with Dr Azra Kreho-Staka she said she was charging me full for about a 12 second chat. I questioned this as I was told otherwise and she said 'I don't work for free, this isn't England. You can leave now and not come back to see me. If you get more sick you can find another doctor.' this goes on a bit to the point she went out to reception and questioned them also making a bit of a scene. Made me feel uncomfortable.nWouldn't trust this doctor, she seems to be all about the money and very rude!
