Very poor clinic, unable to take booking requests correctly. This clinic has been given plenty of chances, but it's about time to give them a deserving review. My partner called today to ask for a same day appointment, however, perhaps due to selective hearing or lack of care for their patients, they scheduled her appointment for the following day. How incompetent does one have to be to book someone in on the incorrect day? Look no further, the admin at this clinic excel at incompetency. Won't be visiting again, and fair warning to anyone who does, you're much better off taking your health issues elsewhere.

I have been with Dr Jordan at this practice for roughly six months now and have found him to be very helpful and always there for me, including over email which he didn't even charge for. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

This is not a place to go. I requested yesterday my medical records and the receptionist was not capable to sent me a digital form of that she told me they can only give it to me in hard copy. In which world do we live in hard copy’s is not a thing anymore. They told me if I want a digital version i can go home and scan all the documents myself what a joke. This clinic so not a professional place at all they are just lazy. I am sorry but I am so disappointed

Dr Rosie B is fantastic. Someone I have been with for about 15 years. V supportive, and I always feel at ease at appts no matter what it is for. The Receptionists v efficient and only too happy to help.

Very poor doctors. Still haven’t heard back 9 months later following test for high blood pressure. Requested twice if she wanted to see me again and what I should do with no answer. Like many have said, it’s seems this doctor only cares about cashing in not actually helping people. I am now moving doctors
