Re:Vision Laser Eye Surgery & Cataract

This was the most amazing experience from start to finish! Yesterday I had the surgery, and the staff were all amazing and comforting the whole time. Dr. Mo walked me through the whole surgery, and I felt so comfortable the whole time! Today I have been for a checkup, and once again everyone there was amazing. Rach, the receptionist, is wonderful, and Kyomi is so lovely to deal with! Will 100% recommend Dr. Mo and the team to everyone I know! This is absolutely life-changing

I had my cataract surgery on the 18th of Feb and from the moment I arrived the care and attention I received couldn't be faulted. The nursing staff were brilliant and explained clearly each process they would be taking me through prior to surgery. This helped me to feel more at ease.nnOnce in surgery Dr Dean clearly explained what the procedure involved and the entire process was completed before I knew it.nnThe next day I had my checkup and was attended to by Kyomi who was very friendly and great to deal with. It was explained to me how the healing process works and the importance of using the eye drops provided.nnAs I recover from surgery, my eyesight has greatly improved, and I am able now to clearly see objects at a distance.nnI can't really thank Dr Dean and his staff enough for making this a great experience.

Naturally I was somewhat apprehensive when I was advised that I needed cataract surgery, and fortunately several of my friends and neighbours had had their cataracts done at Re:Vision so I opted to do the same. They were FANTASTIC in every way!!! I booked my initial assessment online and within twenty minutes I had a callback and my appointment was made for two days hence. I had already researched the Doctor who I wished to see and I was treated with so much care and respect from the moment I entered their purpose built premises in Pacific Rise, Auckland. Every single person in that organisation is an absolute gem and I was treated so well in all respects. I had my first surgery the day after my assessment, one eye only due to my Fuchs Dystrophy, with the following surgery six days later. Everything was explained step by step and any anxiety I had was misplaced. Dr Mo is an excellent specialist and I can't speak highly enough of everyone there at Re:Vision.nI had my distance vision restored in each eye the very next day after each surgery, and the colours are brighter and more vivid. I still have to wear 'readers' for close up but I am amazed how clearly I can see now.nThank you to Dr Mo and all his team for their excellent work and service, and also making the Southern Cross claim process so easy.nWell done to the Re:Vison Team

From the very first assessment with Susan, who followed up diligently and guided me through every step, to meeting Dr. Trevor and feeling completely reassured, I felt I was in the best of hands.nnThe theatre was spotless and every stage of the procedure was carefully explained, which gave me a lot of confidence on the day. Rach at reception and Rui from the patient care team were warm, professional, and attentive, and the theater staff during the surgery were equally excellent. The post-op instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the recovery smooth.nnThe best part: waking up the next morning with 20/20 vision after wearing glasses for 24 years. I recently had blepharoplasty surgery with Dr Simon Dean. The whole experience was excellent. Dr Dean explained the process really well and was kind and considered in his approach. On the day of surgery the care I received from the wider team was exceptional. The process was virtually pain free, the recovery much easier than expected and I am extremely happy with the results. I have minimal scaring and it has healed very well. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Simon Dean at Re Vision.
