The best specialist care, superb and genuine nurses, excellent medical care, attention to detail and an entire team working in harmony. I always feel really well looked after with their service and can't thank Dr Alasdair Patrick and his team enough.

They have really great communication and a nurse you can call with questions if you are struggling to drink the 5000 litres of yellow goop! :- I met a super nice nurse with a ginger cat called 'GP' and I felt heard and listened to. Afterwards I ate their wonderful egg sandwich and a plunger coffee. Its a nice experience made by them for something that is otherwise a bit scary. and the drugs are nice.

Excellent service. Quick and responsive to your needs. The specialists are 1st class, the nurses thorough and the support staff attentive. Couple that with clean top of the range equipment and you've got a world class clinic.

I had a consultation with dr. Hasaan,nI scheduled my appointment 25 days in advance, afternoon before the appointment they call me to say that it has to be over phone appointment, they offered no alternative alternative day, time slot or doctor - just phone or nothing.nOver the phone doctor expressed no interest in investigating my symptoms much and recommendeds and gastroscopy - and if not - than suggested to see a dietician - the whole consultation felt like the doctor never tried to solve my problem - tried to sell the service or wrap up the call as quickly as possible. Will not recommend to anyone. 13 min over the phone gastroscopy sale pitch is 415NZD.nnUPD: The centre reached out to me and offered another consultation with a different doctor that went really well.

Incredible service and impeccable competence and attention to their patients need. Was a big wait to get in despite having an appointment, they were probably behind, but a call before arrival would have been deeply appreciated.
