My experience at NSOMS was impressive. Dr Sam Goldsmith and his assistants were professional and caring. They made me feel relaxed and less anxious about my procedure. My follow up care has been amazing too. I highly recommend NSOMS.

Thank you Dr. Han Choi for an exception experience. He and his team set my mind at ease with a potentially more complex surgery and the whole process was a breeze. Furthermore when I came back a few months later with a gum issue that I thought was related to the surgery turns out it wasn't, Dr. Han saw me immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and suggested a remedy that saw me right within a few days. He didn't even charge me for the consultation. On top of that I received a free scale and polish around the affected area to ensure no further complications. Massive thanks to you Dr. Han, and your team, really couldn't ask more from that teeth pulling experience!

My siblings and I had our wisdom teeth removed by Dr Han Choi and the overall process was a smooth one. The initial consultation was quick and efficient. The consultation prior to my surgery was also efficient and the anaesthetist helped to answer my questions and calm my nerves about being put under.nnHowever, there is one thing that would have made this whole process a 5/5 rating. A few days after the surgery, the nurses will call you to check in and see how your recovery is going. I contacted one of the nurses on behalf of one of my siblings who was experiencing a lot of pain and thought he had developed an ulcer. I explained to the nurse that his potential ulcer was so painful that he couldn’t talk properly and couldn’t even hold water in his mouth. However, the nurse convinced me that it was unlikely to be an ulcer and with the pain meds they gave us, it would be fine. My sibling continued to be in pain throughout the day so my Mum gave them a call to ask about what they could recommend to ease the pain. However, the nurse said that it was highly unlikely to be an ulcer without even looking at it. Dr Han Choi could have been available to see us that day but the nurse did not suggest us to come in for Dr Choi to have a look and brushed it off as “not an ulcer”. We decided to go to the GP who 2 hours later, determined that it was in fact an ulcer and prescribed my sibling different medication. We could have avoided the wait if the nurse suggested us to come in so they could have a look themselves.nnOther than that, we still did have a good experience with the team and Dr Han Choi and I would recommend them to anyone. My only feedback would be to have some of the nurses not assume it’s one thing when it really is the other.

Underwent extration of 2 wisdom teeth under general anaesthesia and Dr. Rajiv Rajpal and his team were amazing. It was a smooth, efficient procedure and the care provided exceeding all expectations and reflective of a well run private surgical practice. Thank you to the team.

Had 2 dental implants placed by Dr Rajiv 3 months ago. Consultation was very thorough, he recommended IV sedation with his medical anaesthetist due to my medical condition, made me feel very safe.nImplants knitted into the jaw very well, recovery smooth. Highly recommend NSOMS very well staffed for all aspects.
