Sunset Road Family Doctors

This place is listed on a NZ Government website as one of the few places on the North Shore that supplies free COVID RA tests. When I got there yesterday, they said they don’t do that. It appears they have not made any effort to correct the record. To be fair, the receptionist did give me a couple of generic tests - otherwise I would have awarded one star.

This practice has a couple good doctors, but the others will rush you out the door. I turn up early for my appointments but often find some doctors are repeatedly running 15-20 mins late.nI've never had to jump through as many hoops as I have at this clinic when it comes to getting repeat subscriptions organised with Dr Heather Murry particularly. On multiple occasions I've had to follow up with the Nurses line because paper work hasn't been sent to lab tests or repeat subscription paper work sent to the chemist. I've lost real trust in this practices operations over the past year. There seems to be a real breakdown in comms between the doctors and nurses. Real headache.

I am Vietnamese, today my wife and I came to register for examination here. I am very happy because the doctors here are very enthusiastic to help even though we do not know English. thank you very much!

Such a lovely team of doctors, nurses and reception, I have seen many doctors there usually whoever is available and all of them have been great! To mention a few Dr.Meg thank you so much for today Dr’s Patti, John, Robert and I’m sorry if I missed the other wonderful female docs I have seen in the past. I have a tricky situation at the mo and they have accommodated me even though I didn’t know what to do. So, thank you all I’m so glad I joined your practice.nMegan Wigglesworth I’m genuinely grateful even if you are doing your job the nature of the way you do it is really nice.

If I could give a score of 0, I definitely would. This is the worst clinic I have ever encountered in my life, with the worst doctors.
