I was very impressed with my first visit with Dr. Maja as the appointment was seamless and thorough from start to finish.nnDr. Maja took the time to ask detailed questions and listened attentively to my concerns. This led to a productive and collaborative discussion about my health, and I felt confident in her decisions. I also want to mention how helpful the reception staff was and that the medical suites are spacious and comfortable.nnI had a great overall experience and highly recommend Dr. Maja for her proactive, yet compassionate approach. Catherine the receptionist was super rude and unhelpful. I called this morning because my appointment had been rescheduled. To ask why? They weren’t aware. I asked for the next available appointment as my doctor is very busy. She let me know it’s a week away from when I was booked. So I said could I please take the appointment. She didn’t even tell me what time so I asked. She said 8:30 and I asked if I may have a later time as I live quite far. She snapped at me and said no I will have to book it for another day. So I said ok? Can we just leave it as 8:30, I will make it work? She hung up on me with no confirmation. Also when trying to speak to the manager to make a complaint about this I was told it was my fault and that she spoke to me fine. Thanks for that appreciate you letting your staff be unprofessional and rude.

I have been so impressed by the reception staff at this practice. They are efficient, approachable and always have a smile and kind faces. When you are feeling at your most vulnerable that is exactly what you need. It isn’t the same everywhere and it just needs to be acknowledged here. Thank you ladies.

I highly recommend they have heaps of doctors friendly staff and can fit you in to see a doctor as soon as possible never takes more then a day to get a doctor however I don't recommend doctor Maya i had her a few times and she was okay but last time I saw her she was super rude and unprofessional and was laughing at me telling her about my pain didn't offer any pain relievers or recommendations and told me she was getting impatient waiting for this sample when she told me I need to stop taking my medication for 2weeks cause it will cause a false sample and it hadn't even been 2weeks yet and she cut my appointment short to 10minutes I felt like I was speaking to a unqualified 12year old those whole 10minutes recommend this doctors but don't see doctor Maya super disappointed

Canceled my appointment last minute and recommend me to long bay which is the rudest doctors in the world and then the gp there fat shames and now tries to enroll me in weight loss behind my back honestly changing my doctors asap after how I was treated my family is shocked
