The Doctors Apollo

We've been with Apollo for 10 years. It used to be a people-oriented medical centre where patient needs were a priority. Now it is just a cold-hearted business driven by profit. Their new app doesn't list our usual chemist, which is a nuisance, and you're expected to prepay for everything. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and when you need urgent help, you can't get an appointment for weeks. We have been wanting to leave for a while but stayed because of the one decent doctor who clearly cared about his patients Dr Lott. Now that Dr Lott has left, I can't wait to go somewhere else.

One of the worst run ‘businesses’ - yes definitely run as a profit based business rather than a customer focused, healthcare based one - that I have ever experienced. After having to go through the rigmarole of enrolling my son as I am registered here I hoped we would be able to get in to see a dr. Every time he is sick, there are no appointments, then they won’t see him because he hasn’t had his initial appointment… but we can never get an appointment. They keep taking on new patients, but can’t even look after the ones they have. It’s so ridiculousnShouldn’t be called medical professionals.nPlease DO NOT GO HERE.

This practice is really badly managed with appointments being booked and then cancelled without any valid reason. The receptionist hung up on us when we questioned why the appointment was cancelled.nnDoctors do not stick around long enough to build any client doctor relationship. This GP practice is obviously just concerned about making money and not looking after its doctors or patients. Register elsewhere if you want good service.

Can never get an appointment when needed the receptionist aren't very helpful either they just say 'we're fully booked sorry...' I'm always booked with different doctors which isn't helpful at all then when I do see them they're running late..I sat for 30min in the waiting room today. Also now you have to pre-pay for your appointment even before you've been seen!!! I've been wanting to change doctors for awhile and now over my last few visits I 100% will be. I don't recommend them at all..The care isn't good you just feel like a number in and out I always leave feeling frustrated.

Impossible to get an appointment with your actual GP. Dr Toni o’reagan is amazing. However, to make an appointment I have to wait 3 weeks out. Doctors are running late because they only have 15 mins each per client. I got Dr Pramod Giri today. Anytime I asked him a question or raised a concern, I was laughed at, or talked down upon condescendingly. I felt like i was not adequately taken care of. I felt uncomfortable in his presence.
