It was my first time at Hobsonville hearing, it was recommended to me by a friend. On Arrival i was welcomed by Savannah and my appointment with Mei went very well, she was very gentle and informed me of what she was doing throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend great place and lovely people. I will definitely be using their service again.

She made the entire ear wax removal process comfortable and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything and ensure I felt at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. I was desperate for an appointment this morning, and was added to the waiting list, due to the clinic already being fully booked. The receptionist called us back and gave us an appointment on the same day, luckily a space was freed up! I had already suffered a week with one blocked ear, which turned into two blocked ears for the last two days. I was dreading the weekend with two blocked ears and three young children I was struggling to hear for a week.nnUpon arrival at the clinic, the receptionist was friendly and lovely. Vina was with me quickly, showed me the insides of my ears which I truly appreciated, then quickly cleared the wax in both of my very blocked ears and showed me the after results on the camera & screen again. The appointment was efficient, professional and I felt well looked after.nnThe facilities are very nice too.nnHighly recommend Hobsonville Hearing for wax removal. Thank you so much for today!
