I was desperate for an appointment this morning, and was added to the waiting list, due to the clinic already being fully booked. The receptionist called us back and gave us an appointment on the same day, luckily a space was freed up! I had already suffered a week with one blocked ear, which turned into two blocked ears for the last two days. I was dreading the weekend with two blocked ears and three young children I was struggling to hear for a week.nnUpon arrival at the clinic, the receptionist was friendly and lovely. Vina was with me quickly, showed me the insides of my ears which I truly appreciated, then quickly cleared the wax in both of my very blocked ears and showed me the after results on the camera & screen again. The appointment was efficient, professional and I felt well looked after.nnThe facilities are very nice too.nnHighly recommend Hobsonville Hearing for wax removal. Thank you so much for today!

I have been hearing impaired for over 15 years and have used another audiologist provider for all that time. My medical centre booked me into Hobsonville hearing for a diagnostic hearing test so I went along. Unlike my usual audiologists. I was booked in last minute and there was minimal delay in waiting for this appointment. The audiologist performed the tests professionally with up to date equipment and furnished a very comprehensive hearing report. I am so impressed with the service during my appointment with Hobsonville hearing that it makes me want to change my provider to them.

Easy to book for an ear vacuum. Virtually no waiting for an appointment. Lovely staff and excellent service. Now I can hear again - great result!

A brilliant experience at Hobsonville Hearing.nHaving endured a long flight with a very blocked ear, I found Hobsonville Hearing through a quick web search. On arrival the friendly receptionist confirmed my details, then Vina called me through for the ear examination. She confirmed that the ear was thoroughly blocked with wax, and after twenty minutes of careful micro-vacuuming and oil irrigation during which my other, unblocked, ear was also checked out, it was delightful to have two comfortable, fully-functioning ears once again. I'm grateful to Hobsonville Hearing for the first-class, friendly service and shall be back for a recommended annual check-up - hopefully before any problem recurs.

Excellent service and cost a bit less for the service I needed compared with my existing provider. Lovely staff. I’m in the process of setting up appts for my kids next.
