Amazing experience! The clinic is brand new and equipped with the latest technology, but more importantly, the people there are absolutely wonderful.nnSavanna at reception and the specialist, Abby, made my visit exceptional. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thorough ear examination, the entire experience was outstanding.nnI was feeling quite desperate because of my ear problem, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating, managing to fit me in on the same day. Abby was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly put their patients first.nn10 out of 10! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care.

It was a great experience!! I walked out of their clinic with a 'spring in my step' because I could hear, as opposed to being half deaf when I walked in. Obviously they unwaxed my 68-year old ears not ever having had that experience before, ever, and I am eternally grateful for their service. Lovely, caring and beautiful staff also! See you in 12 months.

A friend of ours needed new hearing aids and testing and right from the outset the service was top notch.nCommunication and appointment scheduling were handled super efficiently by Savannah with reminders at all the right times with email and a phone call .nAbby was brilliant in explaining the details and clarifying any questions we had.nWe would not hesitate in recommending them for all hearing needs.

I have been coming to this clinic since I moved to Auckland over a year ago. The lady I usually see always does a fantastic job, professional and friendly. I went in today and saw Abby, again great service, I came in with a sore infected ear and she was so thorough and gentle. I feel so much better tonight already I also like how the clinic is well looked after and welcoming along with their equipment, having a camera to show the inside of the ear is great to see the before and after, both people I have seen there always answer any questions I have, never make me feel rushed and always do a great job. I never have to wait and the booking process is super easy. The receptionist is also super welcoming and friendly at every visit. Worth the price and the drive from where I live and highly recommend.

First time in a Hearing Clinic for a check and clean. Lovely professional clinic with very friendly staff, no queues so very organised and we got seen fast by the Specialist. Observing how they treated the previous, elderly, patient that had just finished the consult and came out the room, was also very nice to see. I would go there again if I needed to have more testing etc done.
