Trying to make an appointment via phone...nn43 minutes later no answer at all. Gave up in the end...nnWhen i do make an appointment i end up waiting half an hour for the doctor.nnDoctors are great. It's the system and service team they have in place. Is very annoying.

Been going to Ratanui for 20 years now but in recent years, it has been harder to get appointments. Appointments for the doctor I usually see and even other doctors are fully booked for at least a week and there is no longer a walk in service. I used to be able to make an appointment within a few days. Please improve the service.nnThe 3 stars is because the doctor is good but appointment times need to be shorter and also please bring back walk in service.

Booking is a pain in the butt, and receptionist are terribly useless. Will always be out on hold for at least 10mins no matter the time of day. Would give 0 star if was possible

When I booked through phone, I was told the appointment were today. When I saw the reception, a lady asked me to take a seat after she took my information today. After 1 hour waiting, I asked the reception again and found the appointment were actually booked on tomorrow afternoon. She doesn't know what has happened. I am very very angry as I have to take leave to see the doctor and I have run out my medication. Very very very disappointed!!!

Everytime i tried to make an appointment they always said “ fully booked for the week” but it’s only Monday” might as well just close down for good
