For privacy reasons, I won’t mention her name it starts with N and ends with A. She truly made my day with her kindness and professionalism. Her positive attitude and helpful nature created a wonderful experience. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

I recently had a pregnancy scan at the Henderson branch and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The sonographer had minimal communication, came across as unapproachable, and did not show the level of compassion you would expect during pregnancy care. without any reassurance or further explanation, which left me feeling very unsettled.nnMy husband and I left feeling very unsatisfied.nnIn contrast, my scans at Takapuna ARG were warm, reassuring, and well explained.

Went in for an xray this morning and met with a lovely lady at reception. The female radiographers were absolutely wonderful too, so very patient, polite and gave instructions that were clear, informative and with such loving care they really made me feel so comfortable even though I was in pain. First time visit here and it was a great experience and would gladly come back here again! Thank you!

These ladies are so wonderful, kind, calm professional and so efficient. From the reception, to the scans the whole experience was so positive and at a really scary time for myself. Shout out to Tess whose energy and professionalism made me feel at ease. Thanks team
