I love my main GP, but every doctor or nurse or receptionist I've ever encountered are just so lovely. Can always get an appointment for my child when needed. Very caring and knowledgeable and treat you holistically.

Te Atatu Health is an excellent GP practice and I highly recommend it! The staff are very friendly, appointments are on time, and the reception staff and area have a very welcoming feel. The online portal for booking appointments and receiving messages from your doctor is very helpful. The early morning and late night appointment slots are also very helpful for those who work. I've been seeing Dr Rachel who is really lovely and provides excellent care. Thanks Te Atatu health - you clearly go above and beyond, so keep up the good work!

Best doctor, reception, nurses I've been to in my life. They give you the full treatment, are personable, you feel heard, and not only that, but the reception are lovely people and do their job not with a bad attitude like you're disrupting their day, nor like theyre judging/laughing at you!nnHonestly, equity-wise, you've got it down, its all about relationships and the patient's experience with the provider. We feel cared for, and want to come back. So thanks and keep it up!!

This is what every GP clinic should be like! How incredibly reassuring to have an admin and medical team so kind, professional and empathetic. I have been consulting with Dr Rachel, who's an absolute gem. I have also been to other GPs and nurses over the past 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Jamie was recommended for post partum physio by a couple of people and now I understand why. I’d already seen someone else and not gotten much out of it, but I still felt out of alignment after 9 months and I saw her and she’s both lovely and great at what she does. One visit and I saw huge improvements afterward. She’s the best at what she does and she’s also kind enough to charge less than half the normal rate to help women recover from childbirth. I couldn’t believe it when my follow up only cost $10! Can’t recommend her highly enough
