I never leave bad feedback on businesses but thought it would be helpful for others in this instance. We’ve had a handful of negative experiences with their new team unfortunately despite being clients for many years. Have since moved practice and it is far superior, wish we’d done it sooner.

I moved to WHMC earlier this year, and they have been absolutely outstanding. The staff have consistently made me feel comfortable, respected and cared for. They go above and beyond to make their clients’ experiences positive and hassle-free. I am so impressed by their work. Thank you so much WHMC team, you are incredible :

Truly upsetting with new owners how much is changing for the worse here. A 30 minute appointment now cost $90, so is cheaper to go to a walk in dr or basically any other dr than here. You are pricing people out of medical care during a cost of living crisis.nIncredibly disappointing as I have been a patient here for 15 years now.

Disappointed in new owners, the male doctor Yu Chen clearly has no capacity to understand a patience wellbeing or empathy for new mothers with sick new born. His concern was more to rush them out, whilst providing no real care or assistance. I would not recommend using this doctor. Period! Partner booked a week ago due to busy schedule, she went in today, the appointment was for our new born. The doctors first response was it’s not for the baby it’s for you, but you can bring him back at 12 for a separate appointment. Clearly not possible for any mother to do so with a sick child to run back and forth, especially as they are there in person already. She asked for a pamol prescription at least, he said she’d need to come back at 12 to do this, so he expects her to run back and forth for an extra appointment and did not help our baby. More care, empathy for a sick mother with a very sick new born would have been basic to duty and care of any patient. She ended up taking baby to another practice who assisted immediately and surprised he was not prescribed anything for his illness. Again, hugely disappointed at the very least.

Excellent facility with friendly staff and knowledgeable GPs, no wait times, just enrol, book an appointment and go- that easy and simple. If you are in the market to change your GP your search should end here.
