I’m so grateful to have such a supportive and caring GP. During a difficult time of change in my health, he really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and symptoms, and I never felt rushed. His empathy made a tough time so much easier to navigate. After a work-related incident, he even went the extra mile by following up after hours to help me manage my pain levels, something I truly appreciated. Thank you Dr Steve!

I moved to birkenhead medical center and Claire Han became my GP. I can safely say she is one of the best GP's I've had. She is very attentive when doing any checks and is always accommodating. Dr. Han is always kind, always conducts herself in a professional manner. Due to her fast responses to my needs, I was able to get my surgery quickly. And after my surgery, the nurses tending to my dressings and changing them always were so attentive to such a degree I felt blessed.

Our whole family go here. They are excellent with our kids and can often squeeze in a last minute appointment. Everything you want in a GP.

Cool young doctor, friendly nurses, warm welcoming reception. Great experience all the round. Would give 5 stars but the decor is a bit depressing.
