Birkenhead Medical Centre

I moved to birkenhead medical center and Claire Han became my GP. I can safely say she is one of the best GP's I've had. She is very attentive when doing any checks and is always accommodating. Dr. Han is always kind, always conducts herself in a professional manner. Due to her fast responses to my needs, I was able to get my surgery quickly. And after my surgery, the nurses tending to my dressings and changing them always were so attentive to such a degree I felt blessed.

The team at Birkenhead medical have always been great to deal with. They action requests really quickly and our doctor Dr Claire Han is wonderful. Very genuine and caring. We have experienced a number of different doctors there over many years and they have all been great.

I am impressed by the compassionate expertise and proactive healthcare at this Centre, especially dispensed by Dr Han. The nurses are so patient, resourceful and helpful. Likewise, the reception staff are friendly, responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this Medical Centre for the care, compassion and advocacy.

Dr Han is really the first Dr that I've had that doesn't just treat the symptoms but takes in the whole of life factors. This care and discernment led to a life changing diagnosis which I am forever indebted.

Great honest and caring service from the reception team and Dr. Meg who is very kind and compassionate.
