My first visit at Smile Dental was excellent. I felt looked after and cared for all through out my visit. I had a quick and painless clean today. Dr Paul and Ms Pavi is a dynamic duo. What a great team! Both were warm, professional and personable. Dr Paul explained the procedure in detail as well as the cost it entails. Highly recommended.

Had x2 Wisdom teeth surgically removed today, one being impacted and severely infected. The team at Smile dental quoted me $1400 to remove which was very cheap and affordable considering other places quoted me $2000-$3000+. The whole procedure took less than the 1.5hr they expected and was surprisingly pain free the whole time. Left with very little swelling and pain is very unnoticeable even 2 hours after Thanks Team @ Smile Dental Onehunga. You were all very lovely and professional.

I have appreciated the service from the team at Onehunga Smile Dental. Dr Paul Vickery gave me all my options and work super efficiently and ensured i was comfortable throughout...had to laugh though....he is very fluent in mumbling. Thank you so much...and I appreciate the home care advice. The extraction site for both sides are healing really well

Mixed feelings. Expensive. : Good health education at the time, which was much appreciated. As far as I can tell -perfectly adequate care and assessment. Pleasant staff in person.  : I require a mouth guard for teeth grinding and was quoted 3x what I have been quoted elsewhere. When I asked about other options for guards, he said this was the best and gave no alternative. I had already indicated I was going to have to save financially to return. I was quoted by smile dental over the phone $500-700 - but this was $975. My experience was then soured considerably by a receptionist who didn't listen and cut me off multiple times when I called to clarify/gain further understanding. She also did not want to facilitate any opportunity for alternative options or rationale, or for my feedback to be given so in future people in financial hardship may be able to access the care they need. My frist experience today at Smile Dental was fantastic. The assistant and Dr. Paul were warm and profesional. I was explained clearly and I'm happy with the work done. Highly Reccomended.

Never felt my tooth removal was very painless, fillings no pain hardly felt fillings going in. For the first time I have ever had  painless dental work done! Very friendly and helpful, will always go back here !

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. Paul is the epitome of professional and the only dentist I trust I've been to many in Auckland and overseas. With great communication and technical skill, Paul will run you through your options and never try and pressure sell you on the chair or rush through procedures like other dentists. Great team. Very kind, calm and gentle. I had a filling in my tooth and it was the most comfortable and painless experience I've had at the dentists. I also greatly appreciate Dr Paul checking my tooth of concern. He quickly diagnosed it, reassured me and thought nothing else of it. I am very grateful for this great experience.

Excellent team - Pavi and Dr Paul have been very comprehensive, considerate and caring throughout my treatments. I suffer from anxiety when going to the dentist and they've really put me at ease. Treatment plan is clearly discussed and reasonably priced. I'd recommend to anyone.
