Been my GP since birth and never got to appreciate how amazing my GP is until I saw how other clinics operate. I've never had an issue and I've been thoroughly assessed and treated well every single consult. From the very welcoming reception, to the very kind/competent nurses to the amazing doctors - it's all great

I have always had a good experience. I know how busy it can get with lots of patients to see, some more sick than others. Thank you for all your help. All the staff here are always friendly and helpful and they do give you a sense of family

Easy to book appointments through the Health 365 portal. Doctors, Nurses, and admin staff are very empathetic and professional. Although we moved out of the local area 15 years ago, I still travel here for my medical needs because some of the doctors and nurses from 20+ years ago are still here, my main Doctor here knows me and understands my medical conditions, and I feel safe and valued here. A truly Whanau centered place.

Best clinic and doctors and nurses on duty all day of the week.Service is excellent I could not ask for more.The Staff very alert,full attention and comforting to patients Emergencies always on guard, Receptionist smiling faces. I feel Safe when I visit the clinic. Caring and understanding nurses and doctors. Receptionist is always watching out on patients if they see they been waiting too long. Very Supportive team.

Ii had a great experience at the OtaravMedical Centre. I was warmly received byvthe nursing staff at reception Where's I was treated with courtesy and attention. I had a great experience with Dr Murray Hing who has been kind and vondiderate paying close attention to my health concerns. His patience and devotion were reflected in his reassuring and smooth bedside manners. He is patient and attentive in details in explaining my worries and his findings. I feel a great pkeasure in coming to his office and have full confidence in him and his staff
