We are independent general practitioners who share medical facilities as we care for our patients. Each doctor endeavours to provide quality comprehensive service, at a reasonable cost, to the individuals and families under their care. However when a doctor is unavailable, for reasons of part-time attendance, sickness, study or annual leave, the attending doctors will provide medical care to all patients.

I'm quite surprised by the unfavourable and somewhat trollish reviews here. Personally, my family and I have encountered exceptionally beneficial, comprehensive, and compassionate interactions at Millhouse Medical. If you're considering becoming part of the clinic, I recommend giving it a chance to see for yourself – our experiences have been truly positive, hence wanting to give them this review.

My kids and I have had good experiences with staff and the doctors we have seen Dr Coleman, Dr Subramanian, Dr Quistroff. Have managed to get appointments same day or within the week.

Great doctor for 6 years until she moved away.  I have seen 3 different doctors since and had the worst experiences to say the least, would not recommend this medical centre.

Being a registered patient: apparently they are always booked. Wanted to take my 1 year old for a urgent checkup on Christmas Eve. All I got to hear was sorry cannot help you even though we were registered with them. Didn’t even try to at least check if anything urgently needed. Not registered with them anymore as this has happened multiple times now.

i really enjoyed my stay with Dr Richard James Coleman as he gave my sack a good look over for cancer. He always brought me to the bed for a check up and i felt really secure and safe when he was near. I wonder if ill meet his son or maybe grandson one day and hopefully they are just like him!

Very very bad experience. I could not believe myself. I tried to enroll , sent all documents needed. was assured of appointment today after speaking to two receptionists, then said this doctor not available that day., so told them to change doctor and took one day off home to go see him. turned up to appointment and they said no one has made the appointment.. told them to cancel my enrollment. this is people's life we are dealing with here folks. had to give one start to submit this..

I see many complaints about that and rude staff etc but I have found Millhouse Medical great. I have had no issues getting appointments at short notice. Dr Daniel Quirstoff is thorough and helpful.

Most useless place. Should be shut down!! 3rd world service at 1st world cost! I would recommend if you seek anything at all look elsewhere!! Their reviews seem to be consistent with POOR!

This doctor’s office needs to get checked because they’re struggling on all factors. These guys have poor communication skills, are old-fashioned, very unclear, terrible at follow ups and generally just needs a shake and wake up, I feel like they’ve fallen asleep and boy it shows. The way they run things effect the health and lives of their clients which they fail to see. I wouldn’t trust these folk to look after me and my family’s health.

This is a good medical practice.  I liked Dr Aileen Wong Gp and also went to the osteopath Dr ghassan who was very good.  The nurses too were very nice and gentle.  Highly recommended practice kind with children too.  I'm sad to have left as I moved to the south island.
