Was greeted by the receptionist who was no help at all and extremely rude. Made me feel uncomfortable in the practice & unwelcome in a place that should be a safe and judgement free zone. I will not return to this clinic due to the receptionist.
Amazing experience. The nurse and Dr were so friendly and welcoming. Professional and caring, while also being very efficient. I had an appointment at 12.15pm and arrived at 12. I saw the nurse straight away and the Dr at 12.15. Highly recommend this practice

Just tried to get my son an appointment and was told they are fully booked for next two days. Got told to go to A&E in Papakura no phone number provided, then the receptionist basically hung up on me. VERY disappointed!
