Don't enrol here. They have way more patients than they can handle. Whenever I call to make an appointment there is a more than two week wait, and I continually have to take my son to emergency. They advise to ring at 8.15 to get an appointment that day - when I did that, I was angrily told there was no appointments until next week. It's a shame as the doctors here are fantastic. But I'll be changing to a GP that is not so stretched thin.
I have been with this medical centre for nearly 20 years. Doctors and nurses are fantastic. What lets this centre down is not being able to get an appointment within the same week. When I recently discussed this with one of the receptionists, the answer was 'that is not true'. You need to call at 8.15am in the morning. When you have young children and are already at work at 8.15am, it is not always feasible to call at that time. I suggest you read your reviews, they are all the same. Great doctors, but can't get an appointment. I suggest the staff ready their Google reviews
I have had such a positive experience with joining this clinic recently. The online application process was easy and getting an appointment was easy. The DRs and reception staff have been wonderful in helping me through feeling so unwell. Thank you, Janine
The 1 star rating is for the reception staff. I called to make a booking for my daughter, was number 20 in the queue after on hold for 16 minutes as soon as I was 1 I was cut off. I called back and was back at the queue at 20, waited 20 minutes this time around. Thankfully I got through when I informed the receptionist she didn't even acknowledge it. The doctors are amazing but better systems need to be in place for booking appointments during these times
Receptionist needs to get their facts straight regarding red light visits. Missed an appointment in person after being told over the phone that the doctor would call me! Missed opportunity there!! Takes about 1-2 weeks notice just to get an appointment if you’re lucky!
One star for the receptionist today.29th Dec 2021 A family member required a repeat prescription. I rang and spoke to the receptionist to ask for the repeat prescription. The first comment I received from the receptionist was this is what we didn't want to happen, how many did they have left?, they had sent emails out. In other words should have been asked for before Xmas. For your information receptionist there was a legitimate reason this was unable to be requested before Xmas. I feel that this was not your jurisdiction to scrutinise a prescription request or comment on when you didn't know all the facts and didn't need to know them. I did get put through to the nurse and left a message.
unbelievably hard to get an appointment. having to book 1 week advance to see a doctor defeats the purpose of having a clinic at all. while they're booked out they keep enrolling new patients. well done.
Amazing 1st time experience, GPs Dr. Rebecca and Dr. guy both are truly caring and very patience, always happy to answer for all your enquires, Best part is the Receptionists have big smile on their face, also happy and kind. Glad to get enrolled here.
Dr Peter guy is excellent And a very good And helpful doctor.Five stars for him. On the downside Don't bother trying to ring the nurses to get prescriptions or queries answered they never answer their phones.. I should also say that the in person service is excellent But when it comes to answering phones of the approximate 30 times I have triedI have never got through to a nurse.
Dr Dugu and Dr Guy are the best Docters I have encountered, they are thorough, compassionate, empathetic and professional. They have provided the best care for my son and myself. Reception and nurses are super friendly. People compaint about being difficult to get appointments, I totally understand why the poupularity with the high level of services they are providing. Keep up the good work Conifer Gardens Medical Team. YOU ARE AMAZING!
