Excellent customer service. Went to Zing on Friday and although I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for Des was able to suggest other similar products. As a much older customer it was lovely to have a sales assistant that took the time and effort to look after me. Thank you Des for your courteous, enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble attitude.
We basically come to this specific Zing store just for Des. The best customer service. I feel more noticed and cared for by Des than the doctor I've been going to since I was 8. Couldn't ask for a better person to work here
There is one cool as human who was working on the Monday before evolving skies was released. Super chill. Awesome to chat too and called around other stores for me to locate certain sets of pokemon . Thanks Des
Love this store one of my hobbies is toy photography .I'm not too good ,the store staff are friendly and approachable, they have time to help me a 62yo
Staff were very helpful, out on the floor asking customers if they needed help. Easy to find. A little crammed inside store when busy, hard to social distance.
