They sold me a hearing aid for $13,000 dollars. The deal was supposed to include a second device at a later date - didn't happen. The hearing aid doesn't really help. It makes so little difference to what I can hear and burns through the batteries so quickly, I gave up using it. To those reading this review, get some other quotes. I was severely ripped off by these people.

I'm old, my ears are not what they used to be, but they work!  Yes 'heading aids' make things clearer, but not cheap, are an eyesore if NOT REALLY NEEDED and of course many thousands in dollars to buyt...  I appreciate these guys are a business, but yeah walked away and haven't said "sorry what did you say?" once...

Bay audio is really good  service is fantastic. The staff are extremely  helpful and caring. Happy customer here.
